i uploaded version pre1.8a, pre1.8b and pre1.8c - too - but only in support section, unoficial - one of them fixed you problem i hope

Two question:
 

1. Is there any way or future plan that BAC respects the actual bodyweight (set by console or mods) and does not overwrite it?
   - For my actual playthrough i planned to use Slaveruns "body-growth"-feature, which gives you +5 to bodyweight on slavery-progression, but as BAC overwrites every later change to that value... - actually i can live with that, but there should be a feature in BAC to read a changed value. It breaks the purpose of my "cell-save", if i cannot change my char and start with a pre-configured save!
    
2. What weight value do you suggest starting with?

i ask SLIF author to add suport for weight - i can't respect other mods changes - you need to choice one
i always start with 0 and observe changes

Ah good to know, but this opens new questions  From your answer i gather that there is more to it then only the fat/slim cow traits...

 

How does the weight change work in BAC? - On reading the description i thought only the Fat/Slim cow traits give +10/-15 weight, so are there other mechanisms too? I know there is an option for "dynamic weight change" but what does it do? Is it like weight morphs eating/running stuff?

I am feeling a bit dumb here, but I really don't get the mechanisms and the extent of the changes...

My Game mostly crashes before i can get to Cowlevel 3 without using the console because its Skyrim afterall so it would be great if there was a way to become (be forced to be) a Cow without having to level up once and drink level up potions from the console to get it to work for me. Maybe if you do horrible things to Cows or something. Or insult the Devines.

Other ways won't make your game more stable in any way, i'd suggest you try to fix that instead.

Possible have moments traveling around where you converse with yourself about what you see. Like normal cows grazing and depending on your response it advances your transformation.

Would it be possible to get a bonus mutation or something for completing the quest "Brelyna's Practice"? I always thought it might be a cool thing to incorporate in since she turns you into a cow during the quest.

Combine BAC with the amputation mod(https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/3088-amputator-framework/) to cause your limbs to shrink until you can't walk in two legs anymore. The limbs are replaced with hooves.

Could you deactivate weight change on NPCs?

 

My former bulky Lydia is now a milkmaid and with 1st transformation a shadow of her former self because she got my bodyweight value (10)

I did some playing around with the new CosioHD body, and finally someone made a body where the nipples didn't come to a point the farther from the body they got.  I did some messing around and thought I actually made something that looked like a udder, or more specifically a teat.  Unfortunately I have no modding experience what so ever, so for me this is as far as I can go.  I did think that if someone could work with the Cosio author, this could make for a cool mutation, or even better if it could be incorporated with the multi breast of MME that might be cool too. But with that being said, this mod is one of my favorites just the way it is!!!  Skyrimfet, you did a awesome job on this mod!

Why doesn't my character get a red nose if she has a spotted cowhide?
If the brown fur is selected, she will get a red nose and the skin around the nose and mouth will change, but not if the spotted fur is selected.

Not as i know, but you could use the "level up" potions after you reach stage 1 to become a full cow in a few seconds or minutes (if you try "quicksave /-load" to get the mutations you really want)

Is there now a weight gain/loss feature based on movement in BAC or not?

 

I am thinking about adding Weightmorphs to counteract laziness and make my cow fit and fast again, but not if that is already done by BAC?!

i don't think kahjiit or argonians are supported as of now. but that's just my knowledge

type "help levelup" you see 2 items - one alchemy, one scroll - don't know if both work, as i never actually tested it, but type "player.additem [ITEMID] [Number of Items]. Use it and you should transform, which takes some time.

both work's - scroll is for npc, alchemy for pc
both are for cheating!
