That is Demonica/Lilith.

As Gv said, it's a race called Demonica/Lilith. It's a body and face replacer made by Krista, similar to the Lady Body (only this is a race instead of a full body replacer).

Found this site where they have several ECE save slots for faces, had to type "ece preset skyrim" in japanese to find it, seriously, I wish this practice was more common, I think it would be interesting to have a section dedicated to ECE saves, so all would be in one place, anyway enjoy.

those aren't the textures used on demonica, fairylicious look much better

cariad is nice too

faster to just put vanilla head on that body and use ece, than make heads in blender

As for the elf ears, I'm not sure how I get them. Maybe through some other followers mods or from nexus.

 

I tried to make her appearance look like a vampire with pointy elf ears. So far only succeed in making the eyes but not the fangs. I don't want to turn her into vampire though.

cbbe armore repack, dragonscale -> skirt removed, gently caressed the meshes onto the bomshell body

collar and headpiece is from merta assasin pack

was a bit too dark, so i made a new one

Gnarf... i was just live documenting how i create this character "from scratch" with RaceMenu 3 and take her to the studio for some posing.
Too bad that i was fooling around with poses (Bow for 1H left?) and got a CTD without saving the preset. Still would have the autosave from game start, but w/e it's time for bed.
