Late 2014. Was browsing through what kind of stuff you could get in the form of mods on PC. To be perfectly honest, when I stumbled on this site the mods here were what pushed me to ditch the console and finally build my own rig.  :P

While i technically did use mods in the past, i wasn't really aware of what exists during the >20 years playing PC games... in 215 i got Skyrim, played a bit, was unsatisfied with the look of my character

(for some reason not entirely clear to myself, i always play female mages in RPGs, even if they are just 3 big pixels), looked around at Nexus and quite soon found this site mentioned and was overwhelmed

how patient, nice and respectful my (and other) total noob questions were answered.

Discovered it just yesterday.

 

Still haven't "discovered" it...

Still exploring this thing called "loversLab"... :P

I can't remember the reasons for finding it. If I remember correctly I was here before the current member profile. I was using a plain account and lurking occasionally posting as needed for fixes and such. It wasn't until September 20, 2012 that I decided to leave the old account and move my main Account I used for gaming to this site. I don't even remember what that avatar was named. I do remember that Halstrom was starting to assemble SCR for Sexout. and was in the process of adding some of the mods that are basic requirements today.

If the dates of other users are correct, then I think February 21st, 2011 is the correct launch date.

I don't remember exactly when in 2013 it was but I know that I was searching for Skyrim mods while deciding whether or not to buy Skyrim Legendary Edition but it might have been when I was trying to find something closer to Schlongs of Skyrim (which was on the Nexus at the time) for female bodied characters than the Androgyny mod or Futanarium and I ended up being directed to a thread discussing the possible development of a 'Futa' add-on for SOS. MxR may have also mentioned the site in passing indirectly at the time.

i was looking for skyrim mods as i had not modded a game in a while and most of the sites i used to get oblivion mods from were closed.

1st year curious & exploring, but also dropped skyrim about 7 months.

Really started my stuff end of 2015 when I realized it was missing what I like.

I was job hunting right after my last job shut down to move out of country.  I live a fair way outside of the city and most everyone wanted everything submitted online so I looked for free entertainment with what I already had handy while waiting for people to give me a yes or no.  I already had skyrim, fallout new vegas and fallout 4 with all DLC's but had played the vanilla content to death.  Found the Nexus and saw references to a website that would not be named.  A little digging and I found this place out of simple curiosity.

 

Still here a year later because when I have technical issues I need help with this is one of the few communities that actually helps.  Usually all I got from most other locations was cheap scorn and insults.

Someone mentioned it back in Bethesda's old official forums years ago, judging from my joining year, it was '12. Google found it easy, and the rest is history of ever deepening perversions, nonsensical ravings, "WTF is a manual?", and attempted humor :P

I was brought here in Sep 2013 because of MXR, not knowing much about the site. But as i discovered all of the awesome and weird shit around here i really fell in love.

Didn't discover LL myself. I just followed in the wake of mi big sister due to the common exodus from the lost war on the Nexus in winter 2010. Guess wi were here in spring 2011 for the first time. She quitted gaming shortly after and morphed into a crazy 24/7 politician and I took a five-year break for university and sex, a whole lotta sex. It's all about sex, bearbee!  woot.gif

From the beginning I played gtav as my last game, because of having fun-I modded gtaIV a lot. I was searching then for a game to change a female´s player character as much as possible...I wanted a virtual girl in a virtual world to play with. And I always wanted to "create games", but I never got access in the past (in my youth), because I needed to make quickly money. My job has to do with music and art and then I suddenly came to watch skyrim. I played the main quest completely and between the gameplay, I build a first mod. I saw the nexus-mods and I was fascinated by the possibilities, what can be changed in skyrim. I quickly understood, that this game is together with CK the best game ever. NATURE, HOME,CHARACTER,NPC,DUNGEONS, and then I saw the ingame cages and gibbets and the wallshackle and I began to examinate that stuff. And I told myself-"ONE DAY, I ll be able to understand, how it works all together". I learned a lot about the stuff and depending on so much really nice and helpful people here on LL, i wanted always to give back some beautiful mods, that I received also from others for free. The themes of BD were always attracting me and are also something, I have in real life. In skyrim, I feell like "at home". And the furnitures and animations got into the center of my primary work, allways based on the ZAZ-Pack. It´s a pity that I could not begin to be more early here-that´s really a bad thing-I could have worked together on zap - today, I´m standing there alone. I worked with nosdregamon for a while and also with Zaira and nameless. But it´s normal, to do now everything by myself....and step by step.

So I hope to give a little back for the community, what I could get in the past to play with:-))

Skyrim is my only game that I play with gtav side by side, but gta is a relaxing gameplay-I must always laugh, playing gtav...it´s a FUN game...skyrim is exxtremal something for WATCHING....and everyytime I am in skyrim, I fell exported into another world, with it´s own little culture and a feeling, that me and my character are "living" inside of the computer....luckily my "girl-friend" is also in "musix" and "art"-so we enjoy   our parallel "hobbies", inside of the fantasy-world.

That´s it !!

Mine was around late 2012 when a friend told me about it. I didn't belive it at first but when the early 2013 came i saw it was true. So i bought skyrim complete durring xmas (got all for 10 bucks what a steal) and made a account. Man those was my dumb days where i look at the instruction and was like wtf do i even do for this sht and used nexus mod manager and not MO.

Kinda half-knew about it about a couple of years back, but only recently got Skyrim on PC and my immediate move was to come here like the degenerate that I am!

My husband had been keeping this little gem to himself for many years. I was always annoyed that his in-game dicks and tits looked so much better than mine. He finally shared this site with me when I was complaining about the lack of sex in FO4 and Skyrim, and now it's been a gleeful few months of fun for me =D

Apparently, he thought he told me about it before. I'll let him off the hook... this time.
