So... I set screenshot allow in oblivion_default.ini... and it still won't take screen shots. No idea why. I'm running a Fermi based NVIDIA card dual monitors' date=' but only running oblivion on one of em. it's not saving any .BMPs to the root directory

the note on anti-aliasing disallowing screencaps is documented in the official wiki. I tried it with anti-aliasing off and still no go! barf. On a new install now, trying to rebuild something new and interesting.

As Win 7 doesn't seem to have a clipboard viewer you can't even do it the old fashioned way on this OS (saved as a .clp file in the root directory).

 

As mentioned elsewhere, at least there's the option of using FRAPS.
