I tried this mod when it was far from complete years ago and really wanna give the finished version a shot, but I'm on SE and it just does not want to work at all. Any save I try loading into corrupts it immediately and CTDs when I try to save and reload it, and the game just flat out won't let me start a new one with this installed. Has anyone encountered this or any suggested fixes?

 

I'm using MO2 and ran loot as well and all the hard requirements are working.

unction but idk what the choices need it to trigger.. i started it with startscene command.. theres also vikar scene with skip

woah, can you share the command as well, i realy want to try it myself too.

use skip function, and start from 0.9, 

for the two farmer scene, pay the room to Narri for stay.

for Vikar scene, give 50 gold for Vikar move witch's body > choose Vikar as witness > sex with Vikar in witch's house > sex with Vikar many times > not save up the house yet.

Well, sometimes SE is pretty sensitive about changing the load order and starts crashing the game. I'm assuming it changed since you said you ran loot. I kinda stopped using that because of this kind of stuff. Did you ran FNIS as well? If you use Nemesis, I don't think the mod is compatible.

 

And also, it seems like the mod is not compatible with AE, you should play on version 1.59.7 to avoid instability. And check if you are using the correct version of Fuz Ro Doh, it should be the one that works with version 1.59.7, not AE.

  • I reverted my SE to not be broken so that shouldn't be the cause of it.
  • I use FNIS and Nemesis together but I use MO2 to hide all Nemesis files that conflict with my FNIS output, however I know they're still not supposed to go together so can't fully rule that out. 
  • I used wyre bash to revert to my original load order before loot and that was still just as bad :(

I'm thinking about reinstalling LE because I'd like to dip my toes into modding armors and things like that and I believe you have to make the models for that game first and then convert them for SE from what I gather, so I think I'll give thief a shot when I do that since I've been at this all day and haven't figured out and that way I can build my load order around thief instead of adding it into my already mod heavy game.

Seems like Skyrim being Skyrim. I remember I had some ctd trouble that I couldn't understand why it happened, and for some reason removing ENB files made the game load fine again. Then I put it back again and it started working normally. Might be worth a shot, even if it's a reach.

Starting a new game anyway rn without FNIS and an overall lighter load order, I only had that for a wartimes start commoner playthrough but pretty much did all that you can playing that way so I'll see if just Nemesis will fix it

Ngl, no matter what I do I cant get the second one. I even made sure Vikar was the only person to have sex with the PC, still nothing. Paid him 50, took him as witness and then chose him to marry, witchhouse scenario, agreed to save up for land, resolved the arson, hadn't saved up for house yet. The PC always sits in front of the ruined house.

With vikar i think he means that he has some bonus interaction when travelling to Solitude via carriage. In original post Lese8 said that farmers has bonus scene after skipping and Vikar has interaction with Carriage at least that's how I understood I.

i couldn't make neither of them to work, tried many combinations, skipped through falkreath etc... everytime i'm getting this msg instead:

try to choose before resolved arson: decided to finish other things first > imperial corporal scenario > guard and dancer scenario > give the fake dreamcatcher

Just so we're clear, you're not talking about skip options here, right? Because when you type like that it looks like skip prompt selections that I don't have when I use the skip function. As far as I know, Dogma didn't implement that yet? If not a skip option, you're telling to use the startscene command startscene hp_VikarLQ_09_skip_vikar_scene  after playing normally through his quest until the point he opened his little market before the arson happens?

 

There is this confusion, at least for me, about this Vikar scene. It  was said it's a scene meant to appear after you use the skip option, but there were also people saying about a minor interaction during the cart scene when you leave to Solitude. So, which is it? Or there are two Vikar scenes here?

I did manage to get both skip scenes, the key for me was to switch to 1.3.2. 1.3.1 didn't work.

These are 2 separate scenes. The 'cart scene' is also just some dialogue, not a major scene.

using Brewmasterhal's commands worked for me, i just skipped till the end of the Falkreath part, then used those commands.
