Four-Play: Beginner-Friendly Installation Guide (Comprehensive Tutorial to Sexualise your FO4)

I do not know if I did something wrong...

I've done everything the installation guide says, but I only get the aggressive animations from Leito's Animations in all situations. Wll be implemented the other animations or i've done something wrong?

i have NO animations playing. there's no error popups, MCM is working, devious devices and other furniture-based animations are working. i get those top-left popups that 'i can hear moaning', i have that 'quest' that says i can sense sex from miles away, vinfamy's in my inventory and i can toggle prostitution and violate, but no animations from either four-play, leito, or crazy are working.

 

the actors just continue on their paths, as if nothing's happened. the masturbation hotkey leads to nothing. there's no stripping, no prompts to have an npc scene move to a nearby bed, no actors are teleporting around or asking each other to 'have a little fun'.

One thing i can see is that you have crazys gun mod enabled, it's recommended if you're using it with fourplay to install it but disable the esp because it conflicts, i don't know if it would cause your issue though.  Maybe check your game folder and make sure the animations were actually installed.

have you installed runtime neural and the llfp src-llfp files? The new patch completely fucked things up but those might be your issue (someone posted a link at the top of this page), also disable crazys and leitos animations .esms/esps in the plugins tab.

do i download a file from said post listed above, or re-install my four-play community patch? and if im to download from that above link, which files do i need? there's a huge list, and theyre not named.

 

EDIT: ive downloaded the bottom 2 (named 18's) from the list, replacing files in my previously-installed four-play community patch when prompted. and ive also unchecked leito and crazy's gun animation from the list. still not working, so i went back to also uncheck crazy's rugs as well. and still, there's nothing. what could be wrong..?

Yeah the file you need is the last one, src files are for mod authors to use, also you only need to disable crazys esp, leitos is fine to keep enabled(if you want to use the gun)

 

Did you use a mod manager to install your files?, nexus mod manager in particular likes to miss out stuff during installation, i would suggest you open up your data folder and then open the zip for fourplay and check that all the files in the zip are present in your data folder, I've had multiple instances of scripts etc not copying

The animations are somehow misaligned. The actors are not even symmetrically aligned. (instead animations are penis to ass cheek) Anyone know what the problem is?

 

I am running Diverse Bodies so maybe that's the culprit?

I got mine working! i first tried to use the AAF equivalents of four-play, and that didn't work. so i started a clean game by uninstalling everything except the F$SE, four-play/community patch, select four-play addons (prostitution, autonomy enhanced, etc), and both leito and crazy's animation packs.

 

having AAF and not four-play didn't work. so i tried it the other way around, and finally, in my clean save game, i got it all working.

 

ill be reinstalling my other mods bit by bit, and see if any problems arise once more. ill also modify my fallout 4 in my steam settings so that it doesnt automatically update, to prevent further mishaps with uninstalling/reinstalling mod updates. its a shame i had to start my game over, but id rather have that than the alternative.

 

so its possible that the save file was corrupted, rather than anything wrong with the mods or their installation.

God, I haven't played FO4 in over a year and the sex mods scene changed so much. Can anyone give me a quick rundown? For instance, do you need AAF for the newer versions now? I've given the main threads a quick read and holy mod, so many of them do the same thing I'm confused on what to choose.

I don't get that either. I have AAF installed AND Four Play, because Four Play is needed for the mod "FP Family Planning Enhanced" as far as I know, but somehow no Animations from AAF are playing when it comes to sex in game. I've been told that if all else fails, reinstall the game. Like it or not, 4Play is dead, so we have no choice but to embrace AAF.

Since it seems that you know a bit more about AAF then I do, one question: Are the AAF animations suppose to start automatically? Because in my game they don't.

Everything I tested so far after following this tutorial, now works. Thanks. I know you already heard it so much, but without this guide I probably would've just not bothered with sexualized fallout and had continued my playthrough of Mass Effect 1 to 3.

 

Btw: Picking specific animations in the test chamber doesnt work, I havent found how to fix that yet, is there a way? Only Random Animations do work. Which is good enough for me.

If you use the AAF chart, you select what you want from the list.

 

I use SEU.........You walk up to someone, hit the H key & talk to them, which to me is more immersive.

I can't get some animations to work, when I use the hotkey for switching position it won't work for some animations ( canine ) maybe also other animations are not working but I didn't get to it yet. I don't know what the problem is

Well I thought I followed everything correctly, but every time I go near a comp, like the first time I meet codsworth all I get is a pop up saying something like, allow disable, or do nothing in a box saying should four play consider this person a sex companion or something like that, and every time, can't even start the first quest to talk to codsworth.

Others have reported the same issue, i believe it's to do with vinfamys control panel but i could be wrong, maybe check out the thread and see if a solution was found

Well if you like more options then try RSE by Flashy(JoeR) it take's FourPlay to a whole new level with load's of option's.
