I had to do a little dance to get the proper address in the address bar - but then needed to copy it and 'paste/search' which did download the Sims3Pack.  This was for the Undercity link. I copied the text instructions and now have that info even if the page is taken down.

 

 

Right-click on “Save File”, then "Inspect Element" or "View Page Source", CTRL+F and search for "Sims3Pack".

Highlight the link, right-click on it and "Open in New Tab".

Found a very nice page with a selection of hairs which is incredibly easy to scan through. Just right-click a hair's link, copy and paste it to a new tab for easy download from SFS.

A few things, have asked about 'em before, but no results. Looking it up also gets no results. I know these exist for Sims 4 and, if memory serves, Sims 2. But I'm bored of 4 and am dreading changing my system locale back to US English, also don't want to sift through PMBD right now for 2. Also Sims 3 has the best detective career.

• Feederism Mod. I'll take any that exists. Or anything close to it, really. Even if it's a custom gluttony trait or horny CC related to it.
• Pig Outfit for male Sims (related to above)
• Lucky Palms remake. Only requirement is it using all EPs and not being an island. At the VERY LEAST, utilizing Showtime and Late Night. I know someone made a save of a similar one to this, but it had...a lot of problems and even gaming PCs can't run it. Shame, honestly.
• Can't Stop the Cool AF hair converted to AM
• Contacts that work with Glowing Eyes (Vampires and Werewolves)
• Fat Skin for male Sims. (related to 1 and 2)
• Moonlight Falls OR Midnight Hollow remake. Midnight Hollow must utilize either Late Night or Supernatural.
• Fallout: New Vegas faction outfit conversion (White Glove Society, Legion, NCR, Gambler/The Strip specifically
• Pigtail hair with four sprouts/ties/'tails' that looks similar to Anna's Hair from EBF. Saw a hair with a rainbow pin that looked so similar it made me smile. Lost the content when fixing my mods.

Sorry to hear that. I have a pretty thorough backup routine, just so that I don't lose my Sims 3 stuff. I really don't care that much about the rest of the stuff on my computer, but if I lost the Sims, I'd be super sad.

I just checked as well, so the images must've been located elsewhere and like so much on the internet, broken and forgotten. Since the names are current, you should be able to look up individual hair styles by Sims 3 Hair (name).

 

Personally I'd just download all or a section and open them in S3PE (Sims 3 Package Editor) and look at the thumbnail unless someone else has better ideas.

I've been using this for awhile and even though it 'shows my age', I have no problem with that. While I enjoy having custom radio stations playing music I like, they use English instead of Simlish, so these songs fit nicely in the Sims world.

One of the best defining features of the SIMS 3 is CAS/CAST.  The freedom to use patterns the player can access to change anything (mostly) in the game has few limits beyond the human imagination:

 

Using one of (shout out to) @Dailycard 's vehicles had me use the internet to look up the HEX color value for the Triumph Spitfire. British Racing Green = 004225 (enter at bottom of custom color)

 

Perfect!

 

 

 

I also wanted to share a trick I use to add 'more' to toenail coloring. Actually this is a result of my constant experimentation with pattern/color/objects while knowing sometimes things look different than you expect with both bad and good results IMO.

 

Using the Geometric choices near the bottom was one that worked perfectly. The color 'placement' of the stripes will occupy these locations per options 1-4

 

 

1 = outer sides next to cuticle.

2 = doesn't appear to change anything - I tend to set it the same or a bit darker than #1

3 = center

4 = both sides of center/not far enough to completely override #1 (extreme color values will affect everything including the visibility of neighboring colors)

 

^ Using this knowledge I've been able to color these nails:

After experimenting (be prepared to enter and exit CAS a LOT!!!) with color and in context with skin tone - here is this specific result - no longer a single color dependent on Sim lighting for effect.

 

 

The slightest change in color/brightness/tone requires me to completely reset each selection as the illusion is extremely dependent on relationship to it's neighbors which changes more drastically than one might imagine.

 

Also you'll see 'center' is slightly off so more of #1 shows on one side. 

 

I guess that's it. I can answer any specifics if you all have questions about application. Just remember to experiment. I love CAS/CAST
