Just tried Loogies fix for Jean's SKy Diving, and it dosn't seem to work. I did a clean save still nothing.

You're right. The cell is there now in the geck but the door still doesn't appear to be linked. I could link it, but he told me that would just be creating another dirty edit.

 

Also here's the outfit for the player I decided on. I think it's better than the apron. But if everyone hates it it, I can make something else.

The problem is if I try to do something that covers you up more it's incredibly difficult if not impossible to get the outfit to look right from p4 up.

 

I'll have the farmer explain to you why it is you're wearing that and not something else if that makes you feel better.

Perhaps a short skirt of some sort, ala Merc Charmer or something? My problem with the bikini is that I just don't see it fitting in with the rest of the game, it seems oddly out of place for me, and breaks the immersion. I appreciate you going out of your way to explain it though, thanks!

The door is now linking from Jean's Sky Diving to A2RanchInterior.

 

EDIT: Also, the previous version contained no records for the Jean's Sky Diving door, so it was properly linked. Don't know why the GECK would claim otherwise.

v1.3 features a bunch of fixes Loogie made to my dirty edits. Also relinked jean skydiving interior and exterior doors. Its probably a temporary fix ( I suppose you could call it a dirty fix) It wasn't the right way to fix it, but It'll work and I can see it causing any problems for now.

 

@Kremlin, I'm not opposed to a short skirt. I'll see what I can come up with. I haven't made the pregnant versions yet so no harm done.

 

The only dirty edit I made to the interior of jean skydiving is moving the teleport entrance so it doesn't clip with the door. I can't see it impacting anything in another mod but I couldn't figure out another way to do it. 1.3 features nothing new other than than the dirty fixes.

It wasn't properly linked, the interior door was but the exterior door I couldn't even set to be a "teleport" door. Also when you went in game you couldn't get in.

 

In 1.3 In both the geck and when I tried it in game it worked properly.

Was reading previous posts and typing and wrote the wrong thing for the first part. The door is somehow linked to the wrong navmesh, not the wrong destination.

 

And I believe you when you say you couldn't get it to set (it's the GECK, stuff like this happens all the time) but I checked Loogie's edited plugin and it contained no records for Jean's Sky Diving, which means the door still had its vanilla settings intact, including teleport destination.

you would think that wouldn't you? lol. If you open up loogies 1.2 (which is the same as 1.3 without the edits to the doors) you'll see the doors vanilla settings aren't the same.

 

edit: mmm that picture just helped me a ton. I feel like if I touch anything in there it's going to break it even worse though.

Attached is the record of the door as seen in Loogie's version of the plugin. The vanilla version is untouched by SexoutBreeder and using the correct teleport destination. In addition, there are no edits to the Jean's Sky Diving cell within the plugin at all.

 

EDIT: The navmesh thing is easily fixed in FNVEdit, by reverting all the records for the door and the navmesh back to their vanilla versions. But that's the same as just removing the records altogether, which you say didn't work...

All right, I took my 1.3 where I "fixed" the door, then I opened it in FNVedit and deleted my fixes and now it works in game without the dirty edits.

 

I love the geck.

you also might want to note a slight incompatability with run the lucky 38, farmer macdonald's house and the nis building intersect, causing the house to be inaccessable without tcl.
