now the question is that, has the multiple pregnancies been integrated yet? or is it just planned?

Because I can't directly affect how the pregnancy mod determines how much you get knocked up it'll only be in special circumstances with the deathclaws. For instance, once I update, picking a special dialogue option (which will launch the Riverside episode) will make you carry 4 eggs instead of the usual 1.

Well no, it's not random, but it is still in development. I'll have an update and a new thread for you guys tomorrow.
