V1.1 has some bug fixes in the Bighorner ranch episode and there has been a ton of dialogue work. Also theres a very simple slavery system put in. There is no escape from it at the moment so have a save to reload after you play through it. Please let me know what you think of the dialogue. Talk to the farmer after the "surprise".

It would be a good idea to look into Chases Slavery system eventually to keep it compatable if you're not using it now :)

I don't see how it would conflict with anything even if you went there already enslaved. It's just checking distance from the barn and offing you if you go to far.

Just did a couple of playthroughs thought the dialog after you breed fit fine.Made me chuckle a little Kinda felt sorry for my player after seeing the bighorner junk lol.I couldn't breed with the stud in the barn I assume you haven't done that yet.

lol good. Yeah it's totally over the top and ridiculous but that's probably why it fits :P

I'm not really happy with the way he collars the player. If anyone has a better idea (if you can just keep it to dialogue that would help!) let me know.

Also yes, the stud in the barn doesn't actually work yet despite what the dialogue says.

looks good so far. Did spot a bug in that after being enslaved you can say moo to anything and get the farmers dialogue. Was amusing coming from the bighorner in the field.

you guys work fast. if you give me couple of days i might surpise you with animations for scorpion and new bighorners. I also released some templates for blender hopefully this will take away the jump for new people to learn to animate.

I know if had these ready templates before i would have jumped on blender much sooner then to figure out how to first import a skeleten, meshes relainging it with bip01 and bip01NonAccuum etc..

I'm kinda leaning toward the higher tech SoS. There are plenty of directions to take it either way. Would be interesting to see a bunch of former Legion slaves gathering up tech to burn a path back through Caesar's forces out of spite.

Initiates could be told to go out into the wasteland, find the most deadly person/critter they could find, break it and then rape it to prove they're not weak by coming back with pregnancy/offspring in tow. Little herd of deathclaws would probably shock the crap outta them. Ah the stuff that rattles around in my head.

reference variables in my quest script don't appear to be saving after loads. Would global variables be ok to use? Are those what I should be using?

The deathclaw idea sounds like what the enclave was playing with in Fallout 2 & 3. But I definitely agree with the idea you have for the background and motivation.

Actually a pack of now tribal ex legion slave girls knocking themselves up with monsters to take over a small legion settlement sounds interesting. And fun to make.

Agreed. Could lead to fascinating conversations.

Depending on how N/C you want to make it, you could make advancement based on seducing critters in the wild (or pens) or of course being shunted from pen to pen and birthing. I kinda like the being brainwashed into trying to get pregnant thing, but I am weird.

I like variety so I'll try to cover as many possibilities as I can. Think I'll tackle that scenario next. Bighorner ranch isn't going to take me that long. Though I'm adding some fluff stuff to it to add to immersion. And like the scorpions I'll come back and tack on more to it.

Not sure why your quest script variables are resetting, I don't think that's a problem in SCR or pregnancy, I only went away from globals because they got messy with so many of them. The advantage of globals is you can easily pull them into no scripted functions of GECK like Perks etc.

I'm leaning towards Tribals myself, there aren't enough of them in the games after FO1 - 2, and they are a relatively big part of the FO lore. Personally, I can't stand yet *another* high tech group out there, but that's just me.

EDIT 2: Okay, feedback.

The dialogue needs some polishing, I can probably get to work on that later on, nothing major, just the odd typo, missing full stop, bracket out of place and so on.

For the Scorpion breeding nest, I suggest it be moved to the actual Scorpion Burrow that you can find in the dry lake between Mojave Outpost and Nipton:

http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Scorpion_burrow

It already comes with its own queen and everything, all it needs is a 'male' scorpion, a makeshift bed and a rotting brahmin. Personally, for the water, I would add water to the cave, as you can see in some others, so you have an unending supply of water which is believable. For the Brahmin, as you examine it you could get a message such as:

"You try some of the stringy meat, only to discover it has not putrefied. It appears that the Brahmin's saddle is laden with chemicals, including nitrate and saltpetre. It must have reacted with the meat and cured it. There is enough here to feed you for months. You take a slice of the edible, if not entirely tasty, beef jerky."

This explains both the large supply of food and why it would be edible for weeks and months on end, for those players that like "realistic" gestation times.

I think there needs to be more exposition with the Queen and the male scorpions, perhaps more messages of the type you have, describing what is going on. I could work on some of these later on, as I really like what you have already, I just think we need a little more that is all.

Now, for the farm. Obviously its still early stages (ie no house, placeholder dialogue and the fact I can say moo to everyone and enything and get the same response) but I can't seem to get pregnant at all from the bull. I just don't get any sperm whatsoever, anyone else got this?

Something else I think would be interesting would be to sort of morse-code talk to Debie, by mooing. I remember some of the games (I think FO2) had you 'woof' with a dog, and be able to talk to her, something like.

Moo, grunt, moo! [You ask Debie how long she has been here.]

Moooooo! [From the pitch of her reply, you surmise a long, long time...]

Moo mo?

Moooo, groan, moo groan! [she doesn't seem very happy, and points at her bloated belly. She looks due any time now.]

Etc.

Also, is there any way that instead of a bighorner bull and stud, you could make it into a bighorner calf bull and stud? At the moment I am having trouble believing my character would survive that. I think we mentioned this when Donkey released the animations.

Anyway, that's my feedback.

The real problem is the skeleton for all bighorners and meshes are the same. Witch will make it difficult for me to know how they scaled the Bighorners in-game.

It was not done through skeleton or meshes. and since i don't know the offset how they scaled it i am unable to make real animation for it in-game.

What i need to know is what scale is if it 1.0 then the animation is already correctly, but if they scaled it 1.5 or 2 etc i need to know it so i can change it in blender to scale to hight they used for Bighorners in-game.

Caesar is not the only one whom can reach back into antiquity to find inspiration. Perhaps employing a cult drawing on some Egyptian themes for some of their beliefs regarding the world, namely the distinct possibility that bestiality was present in Ancient Egypt and the animistic nature of many of their deities. Perhaps the cult's name could be the "Acolytes of Isis" as Isis was one of the Egyptian goddesses of fertility and worship of her as such spread throughout much of the ancient world. With the addition of Caesar being viewed as incarnate of Seth (while remaining the chosen of Mars), the Egyptian god of war, whom they must defeat.

Then there is the chance of including some male members as "Devotees of Osiris", one of the chief gods of Egypt whom Seth betrayed and Isis resurrected, whom serve as the soldier of the faction.

nice thinking. Kremlin the scorpion nest is going to have to stay where it's at. It's very much tied to that location. If I were to move it I would have to more or less redo it. Also you're not getting pregnant because of a bug in pregnancy fertility.

Erm... I'm running into a bit of a problem. The Bighorner Bull whom you are supposed to give the bag of feed to is not visible in the pasture. You can walk up to where it is, and the screen indicates for you to press E to interact with it, but it's as if there's nothing there. Also, after the dialogue says it pushes me down, it does not - nothing at all happens. As far as I know I've done everything right and downloaded everything I needed to, so it shouldn't be a driver problem, and I have a pretty good PC, so I don't think it's a graphics problem.

Other than that though, this is a great mod so far! I really like where it's going. :)
