can you please steps by step instructions on how to install wicked pets mod and beastility where sims do animals and all animatations like sex animations what goes with ur wicked pets do i need ur main folder with ur scripts mods or can i just put them into my normal mods folder

CNWW in that folder ive got 

ColonolNutty_WickedWhims_Scripts.ts4script and ColonolNutty_WickedWhims_Tuning.package

CNWWKinky in that folder ive got 

ColonolNutty_WickedWhims_Kinky_Scripts.ts4script and ColonolNutty_WickedWhims_Kinky_Tuning.package

CN_Animation in that folder ive got CNWW_Alonely_Animations_Pets_Patreon.package and some more packages

I don't believe so. I think WickedWhims has been written in to count as vanilla woohoo in certain circumstances, but not completely. For instance, if your sim is on a date and one of the prompts to get gold is to kiss your date and eventually woohoo with your date, then WickedWhims now says, "Have sex with your date" instead. 

 

But as far as replacing it in the menu options or preventing sims from autonomously wanting to woohoo/try for baby, no.

WickedWhims has an option to completely disabled vanilla WooHoo though. I'm unsure if it completely disables all whims related to vanilla WooHoo or if all of such whims work properly when having WW Sex otherwise.

After I had updated the game to the latest version, it didn't work for me either. However I updated Wicked Perversion, MC Command, Basemental right after and deleted cache files of the game itself and settings files of Wicked Perversion, Basemental Drugs and WickedWhims. The problem's solved. Good luck.
