That wouldn't help. The problem is the game version, any older version of the mod would have the same error's. You'd need to roll back the game version not the mod version. Unless that was what you meant. In which case there probably is a way to do it on EA's side but I don't think that's an option.

You have to prevent the EA app from downloading updates by unchecking the "update games automatically" in Settings>Download and then selecting "going offline" in the main menu.

However, if using the Steam version of the game, you'd have to go offline with Steam as well. Unfortunately, Steam doesn't have a setting to stop games from being automatically updated. The only setting is "Only update this game when I launch it". Which doesn't help anything, since you're now launching the game. There's a work-around with games like Skyrim SE, using the script extender to launch, but The Sims 4 has nothing like that.

That's another problem altogether.

The error is telling you the Sims 4 is already running, nothing to do with stopping the game from updating.

 

Here is what you have to do:

 

Move your "The Sims 4" folder (documents/EA/The Sims 4) to your desktop.

Launch the game, a new "The Sims 4" folder will be generated and then exit the game without doing anything else.

Copy these folders from your old "The Sims 4" folder to the newly generated one: Mods, Saves and Tray.

Everything should be fine now, so you can launch the game and play.

But there's a new issue that really needs fixing and don't think it's any other mod affecting it.

 

Sims with most dark skin tones will have parts of their penis fully dark not matching their skin tone, doesn't matter if using WW default penis or others. Hopefully it's an easy fix!

Si j'enlève le dossier 174h le jeu démarre normalement, tout fonctionne mais c'est plate.
Avec 175a, j'ai ce code d'erreur en chargent ma partie.... Nouvelle image bitmap.bmp

Little bit weird. My backup save doesn't load, which ain't a good sign (109 error) and my main save loads fine, but i have no sims at all some how. The game and map loads, even the house loads like normal, but there are no sims to play with at all. Very strange.
Going back to the march 13th update of WW has solved the issue, but i'm not sure exactly what's causing it as i have far too much cc for my own good tbh

If you are using outdated mods that could be it, for example Nisa. Try removing those and try again.

Don't have any skin tone mod installed, disabled all mods except WW and dark skinned sims still have pure black penises.

I had the same issue with my Sims missing, and some properties had a flashing background when selecting it. Tried removing Nisa's mod and so far game functions normally.

Same here seems that the issue comes from Nisa´s since many items and my sims are missing. Reming the mod and starting a new sim (In my case) works perfect.

Anyone is having problems with "Random Sex Progression" it used to change the animation to a random one after some time, but now it works just like normal progression.
