Hello WickedWhims v174h [2023-03-13] doesn't work as it should i keep getting the window pop up that an error has occurred version is not even the same as the game that's why it doesn't work as far as I know ????

Po najnowszej aktualizacji the sims 4 z 14 marca 2023 niestety wyskakuje błąd, gdy pobierze się wickedwhims x174h z 13.03.2023 roku, jest szansa, by zrobić kolejną aktualizację wickedwhims, by nie trzeba było usuwać tego z gry?

However, not giving players the option to play their games offline definitely crosses the line. That's a whole new level of anti-consumer. Microsoft was trashed back in 2013 for trying to impose always online on xbox one. People can have poor internet, or no internet for a variety of reasons. And for many of us, mods are an integral part of the gameplay. I'd be 100% fine in waiting to update my game if I could still play it offline but now I can't do that anymore. Origin worked fine in offline mode, but this app EA imposed on us doesn't work in offline mode and from what I researched it has been like that for ages now.

 

That's why everyone hates EA. I'm actually surprised they went that far. It seems like they hate mods and people who use them.

I played just yesterday through EA app, offline.

The new patch broke most of the mods out there.

Hope to see a new version from Turbodriver that is compatible with the new patch. And thank you turbodriver for your epic work with this mod my hat is off and bowing and thank you from the bottom of my heart for this mod! Hope the work continues far into the future, and hope EA change stance on how they provide updates to the game in the future.

Is it just me or is there really no setting in WW that ensures sims only autonomously ask others for sex when there is already a romantic relationship between them? That would be reason enough to disable autonomy entirely.

You could give them the loyal trait.

I had a widow sim who refused to have sex with her new boyfriend because she was loyal to her dead husband.

Poor thing, he died to soon...

There's always the risk of your beloved mate ending up as roadkill, if you let them roam freely. Sad.

 

However, I populated all of Newcrest with 50 or so sims and most of them are single, so loyal or not wouldn't make a difference when it comes to not starting random relationships with the grocery delivery boy or the obese, elderly, unknown lady that just showed up for the yard sale... I'd like to be in control of what sims engage in intimate relationships. That's why I'm using MCCC to prevent random romance interactions when there isn't a romantic relationship already. But it's pointless when WW doesn't play along. So, I guess it's autonomy off then

I'm guessing the update will come after Growing Together comes out? Makes sense to me, but my inner mod enthusiast wishes to know.

If you use mods, you need to turn off auto-update. Until the mods are updated you need to pull your mods folder out if you want to play your game.

I'm sure Turbo and all the other mod creators are working on updating their mods as quickly as possible, but GT was a rather large update to the game so its going to take a little longer to get the mods updated.

If game wont launch while in offline mode in EA app, while logged in just disconnect from wifi on laptop and then launch game from the shortcut on desktop.

Maybe this will help, was the only way I could get to work without updating game.

Just an FYI: I was still running 174e and I still have MOST functionality.

Holy hell, I didn't know you could turn off updates!  I guess I got used to the Steam stance of "ignore that setting anyway".

Correction: Just found the setting.  Auto update was turned off and it still forced the update.  So just like Steam.

Would it be possible to add an option for porcelain dolls to have doll joints?
I've seen some mods that add doll joints, and I figured they would go perfectly with WW porcelain dolls.
