Ok, I am still baffled by how to save my current WW mod settings. I can't see a way to save when changing settings. The old method was so simple, and easy to understand, but this I find so confusing.

Hi! Thank you for replying! I was looking at the settings and had no idea where to change the level of asking for sex dialogues was... there was an option that i know for the asking for sex option of player to player which is already ON for me and nothing else ? do you perhaps know the other options for the dialogues to come more often? ?

Any good way to figure out which mod is causing my game to crash upon launch? My game launches when I take wickedwhims out and not removing anything else, but I feel like wickedwhims isn't the issue, and I have so many mods that if I have to check 1 by 1, I'd rather never play this game again given my mods folder has over 5000 files.

It is also a good idea to do a game repair before you start sorting out your mods, in case it is simply a problem with corrupted game files. 

If you have sims 4 community library installed together with wicked whims that could crash your game, look for that one first.

If you have standard version of wicked whims and have sims 4 legacy edition that will also crash your game, install the legacy version then.

If you have animations or mods made for sims 3 installed in your mods folder by mistake that is something else that could crash your game, look for that too. 

Make sure your mods are updated or compatible with your game version, and if they are not updated them or remove them. 

If you cannot find the culprit then remove all the custom content (which will be probably 99% of your mods), clear the cache files and try again. If it still crashes the you know it is one or more of your tuning or script mods. Try the 50/50 system, it should be easy with only a few mods. Remember to always clear the cache files after you change something in your mods folder. 

If you still have issues with only tuning and script mods installed (no custom content) and cannot figure out your self upload a list of your mods, or a wickedwhimsinfolog.log file (located in your mods folder) and we can try to help sorting out the culprit.

Thanks! I've been playing with it for almost an hour now, and couldn't find the culprit. Updated a bunch of outdated mods, moved mods out of the folder, left only scripts, etc. Not sure what's wrong, still only works if I have no wickedwhims in my mods folder.

 

Attached my logs file (wasn't in the mods folder, was in the "The Sims 4" folder where the mods folder is, not inside the mods folder).

Adding an updated version of wicked whims into a bunch of very outdated mods, half of them depending on wicked whims, is going to crash your game, of course. 

Also, please, test it after removing ALL the custom content, leave only tuning and script mods, and if it still crashes LEAVE ALL THE CC OUT, so it will be easier to sort out your mods (look through maybe 100 files is much easier than 5000). 

AFTER you move all the custom content out of mods folder, update ALL your mods, remove EVERYTHING that is not clearly updated or compatible after patch 1.96, and clear the cache files, test again. 

If you still have issues AFTER you do all that then please, upload a new recent wickedahimsinflog.log (yes, in sims 4 folder not mods folder, my bad ?) with ONLY updated tuning and script mods in your mods folder and nothing else. 

I really needed that list, tried looking for one like that but only found outdated lists so thank you. I was removing and updating what looked out of date, but clearly I missed a ton, I just don't know how to tell if something is *clearly* incompatible. If you don't hear from me again then I fixed it, so I'll get to work on it and let you know if I need further help, which you've already helped a ton just by giving me that list haha, thank you.

 

Also, I don't think I have devious desires installed? I don't see it and don't remember ever downloading it, I prefer to stay away from that one.

 

Also I think my issue was that my dumbass was was removing packages without removing their respective script files and vice versa... so that's on me.

What are some body selectors (specifically lower body, asses) that you guys can recommend?

 

So far i've tried Dumbaby and Eve. I'm kinda trying to find one that works best with RTBP (physics mod) but just want recommendations in general.

 

They're super hard to find

That's odd, something must be conflicting. Take everything out of your mods folder except WW, delete the cache and check if it's fixed. Then add things back little by little until you find what is casing it. Also never trust CAS for nudity stuff because it will always show the default body, not what you've picked in the body selector, it's better to check it in game

Nah mate, it's defo Whicked Whims default, many reported it in this thread.

 

Other body selector mods (lower bodies) work. Are you running the latest version of wicked whims?

Latest game & ww versions with no issues with any body parts, default or non-default. So it's something else on your end, other mods or cc or maybe some graphic config

I'm running a Strip Club cum brothel and mostly everything's running great. One of my dancers never gets any brothel clients, and trying to identify why that might be, I've noticed that she has the wicked whims trait "eternally faithful". She's not married and I can't seem to remove it, even with MCCC.  Am I missing something here? It seems a singularly awful trait for a single unattached stripper to have, and while I can't be 100% certain that's the issue, every other dancer has multiple clients pretty much every night and she has had zero since I started the save many days ago.

 

Aside from that issue, I also have a question (though not sure if it's more for Wicked Perversions) - I've used the nisa.slutify command on the janitors in my strip club as well as the dancers, and they also never participate - one for (presumably) the same reason of the same annoying unremovable trait, but the other for no obvious reason, and so both janitors spend 90% of their work hours enjoying constant showers!  Is there anything in the way the janitors are coded differently to the dancers that would affect this? Is it something I can change?

Literally not one mod installed (local thumb cache deleted, the works) besides Wicked Whims itself and it gives me this issue. Newly generated Sim too, hard to tell because of the tone but it's painfully visible in game. I would take a screenshot of how it looks in an animation but as I said, I literally don't even have any animations installed for testing.

 

 

Are you 100% sure you don't have like Eve V9 selected for your lower body wicked whims body selector or something? Because that works fine, the default wicked whims however, literally doesn't work with RTBP

I'm 100% sure because I don't have any other female bottom installed, I used to have another but I removed it after it stopped being compatible with the new rig.

What are your graphic settings? Did you run any batchfix on your mods folder? I don't know what else could be

I'm taking your word for it but dude, i'm telling you. Multiple people in the thread and I think RTBPs creator himself admitted that Whicked Whims default setting is fucked.

Hi.

Most of the animations I downloaded aren't showing up as an option when my sims are having sex. When I check within the Wicked Whims menu, I can see that the game does recognize them. I can disable them, I just can't choose them, not even to start. Whenever both my sims are on the lot, I'll get the pop up saying that there's no sim nearby to perform the animation with. 

I have deleted all custom animations, but the animations that come with WW don't show up either. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Not directly, but you said you would take my word for it then proceeded to ask me for pictures like you don't believe me instead of answering the questions that I was asking you to help you find what's causing the issue...

Also I told you I don't have any other female bottom installed so I don't need to select anything, it selects the default bottom automatically. Even if it isn't highlighted there has to be one selected, otherwise the sim would either be in EA's pink panties or have invisible legs. Is the same reason why when you create a new sim they will have ww's body parts, and that sim is one of EA's townies in a fresh save, I've never played with her other than to take the photos

I asked you for picture proof for this exact reason, I figured you mistakenly didn't even have it selected.

 

You don't have any lower body selected which is what I mean by it being incompatible with RTBP.

 

Go ahead, select it and have it highlighted in green and I guarantee it will look fucked. You're literally using the default EA rig/mesh for the lower bodies which I never said didn't work. I specifically said "Wicked Whims default"
