Just a quick parenthesis to not overflow Amra's thread: this phenomenon of "elitism" is happening often around here, and while it's obvious to have preferences, it's better to avoid public statements in that regard, to favour the site's growth. I mean... everybody gotta start from somewhere, I'm sure even Amra did.
