I was wondering because ffabris' "being a gaurd" requires the mod and I wanted to try it.... unless ffabris would be willing to make a version without the mode. It's up. First off, thanks for your work. Second, I completely agree with your contract as it concerns minors. Third, I hope you reconsider the part about banning this mod in countries where it is illegal to be gay. Unless you travel to such countries yourself, you are in no danger. If you do travel, then you are in danger anyway. Contract or no contract. Well, that would be a tad difficult, since I live in such a country. Granted, it isn't the entire country; but within the country, I could fall afoul of the Law. There are areas within the US that have anti-sodomy/anti-homosexual laws on the books. They may no longer be enforced, or that we know; but the fact that they exist means they *could* be used against me. With the internet, I don't need to physically be in a place to be affected by it's Laws. The contract is broad for that reason. Remember, we are talking about Law here. Something that most people rarely think about until they are slapped in the face with a Lawsuit; and then it is too late. But still, the basic idea is: if it is illegal to use in any area, for any reason, then I do not approve of it's use there. At all. Period. I do not have the ability to "ban" anything. Anyone with the right tools, anywhere in the world, can download my mod. I cannot in anyway control that. All I can do is state that I do not approve or allow (within a law perspective). The user, by downloading, makes me a promise to not use it in any way that is illegal. If someone chooses to break that promise, then that is on them. The animations are awesome! Size changing is scaling, which is not controlled by my mod. That would be settings in SexLab.

There is nothing in my mod that changes scaling. That is completely controlled by SexLab. You could try turning on "Even Actors Height" in the SexLab MCM under the "Animation Settings" tab and see if that helps. Otherwise, I have no idea. SexLab does not have a way to adjust scaling for each mod or animation.

Because you can't exactly apply the same laws when using the internet, unless you are in a country where homosexuality is illegal because of dumb people. If this is the case, you can probably have some issues with laws. But if it's not, then it should be the user's fault, not your. Maybe I don't get the point, or maybe im just ignorant since in France I never seen these kind of issues. I made myself some gays mods from others games and I really dont care about people that use my mods illegaly, even more when mods are free and internet is anonymous land. Hey khyan, Sorry for the confusion. The recent event was the problem between Vector and Ixum. I wanted to make sure that my adding a TOS would not be seen as me trying to be mean to someone else, or trying to control my mod. For you in France, you may still be anonymous on the internet; but us here in the states, we do not have that luxury. Everything we do is logged. I could easily be found just from IP address. If the wrong things happened in just the wrong way, I could face jail time. That is what I have learned, and that is the reason for my actions. ETA: You are correct. The point of the contract is to make sure that it is the user's responsibility. Oh but in France it's not really a luxury either, but it is about something legal. If you do travel, then you are in danger anyway. Contract or no contract. No, this is not how laws work.

(insert sexy comment here.... wait - did that come out wrong? lol) It's amazing and actually downright disheartening that even in 2016 there are places where gay sex or the images of gay sex is illegal. rhody01 Posted August 20, 2016 Posted August 20, 2016 It's really too bad that you even need to do this but I agree it's important to protect yourself considering the situation. Your work is some of the best for the gay community and it would suck balls (not in a good way) to lose it. It's even more sad that the male gay community is so limited as far as mod quantity compared to the straight community and they don't fall under the same scrutiny. I don't say it enough to the gay modders out there publishing stuff, so a BIG thank you for all you do, and the quick lesson on law.

Skyrim itself presents different religions, traditions and cultures but right now, I don't see another video game so much appreciated by the players. Thanks to modders like you who are spending hours and hours on your own free time to share your work. Now about what you've learned from the laywer, permit me to let you know that everything is recorded on the internet by the providers and they send everything to the states and army they belong -for sure-. However, you are free to create and share a such mod for the gay community and other people.The problem for you is just to know where the files are hosted. Here, you already have some legal protection. (13+, term of use etc) If it's not into an extremist state or country (yes I call extremist laws which are driving & forcing people to do sex as corrupted politicians wish we live) you have nothing to fear. If you have received threats, then publish it everywhere on the internet and let us know who is behind. We'll help to fight for freedom. Now about the internet contract, a kid HAD NOT TO SURF on adult websites, creates an account, downloads and installs your mod and "plays" with it until his parents come to sue you. No. They are responsible of their kids and the communication way they have installed at home. The contract is clear : you are responsible of the use of internet. I'm a frustrated old queer that is fulfilling some sexual fantasies through his art. I love making them and it is very nice that others appreciate my work. The main focus of the contract is users in the US, where I live. Over here there is still a very primitive view of sexuality, that others in the more progressive parts of the world would probably have trouble understanding. I have been an open gay man since the late 1970s and have experienced first hand how cruel people can be. It is getting better; but it will be a long time before we catch up with the rest of the civilized world. This is also a very "sue happy" society. People sue over some of the stupidest issues... and win! If my mod is used by or with underage people, I could be held liable; unless I can prove that I do not endorse that usage. Hence the contract. As to it being posted on other sites...... it already is. There really isn't much I can do to stop it. Yes, LL's TOU does offer some protection, especially with being behind an age wall; but that is not true of other places on the Internet. So, as you stated, it is up to me to protect me. You French guys are the best! I met a couple of guys from France when I was working at Disney World. They were both really sweet also.

Hum, for solo, an idle might work, though frankly, I'd have no clue what idle it would be. To use SexLab, you would need to have it as a master for your mod, then call SexLab functions. The source file, SexLabFramework.psc, has help on how to use it. Below is non-trivial code for generic sex including up to 5 actors. (I took this from my SexTalk mod, and removed a ton of stuff that is specific to that mod. Not sure if it will compile... ) Edit: Stripped the code... see next post for something far simpler.

Make sure you have you FNIS complete (incl. creature pack) and Racemenu installed and active Unpack the bsa from Racemenu
