Thanks     ENB is Climates of Tamriel and the cat ears might actually be from the Matera race mod. I'm actually not sure lol.

I love this look, could you share the tweaks by chance? They honestly look more suitable than any of the textures that are applied by SexLab, in my opinion?

I started with this:

 

Changed the texture from yellowish to "white" (in other words light gray since actual white textures come out nuclear winter face melting bright in skyrim)

 

In nifskope I set the alpha to .3, the glossiness to 60 on the face and 80 on the body and the specular strength for both to 8. 

 

In outfit studio I tweaked the facial mesh a bit because parts were buried beneath the head (but this could have to do with the fact that I have converted everything to SE) and then completely resized and reshaped the body mesh because it was huge and looked a bit silly to me. Unfortunately outfit studio isn't really made for that and the results come out very jagged and "not liquidy" as you can see in the screenshots. That's why I changed it so much and I have actually changed it again since any of those and I'm much happier with it now. Still, I'm trying to learn my way around Blender to really tweak it to my liking or start from scratch.

 

Also note that all these settings were completely tweaked for the lighting in that particular area (Skyhaven Onsen, the small indoor pool room in Goma Pero land). Outside it looks very bright, opaque white and in other indoor lighting it looks blue. It's a very touchy thing to get right. 

 

Looks like I'll have to attempt several trials/errors considering even enb differs as well. Thanks for sharing the starting steps.
