Lurkers act like giants, and so all giants-animations should run on lurkers, too. If I'm not mistaken.

 

Leito's SLAL animation pack had a recent update that enabled his giant animations to also work with lurkers. Not sure if other giant animations aside from his work as well

For some reason, Lurkers stopped equipping their schlongs so I couldn't do much with the new Lurker animations from Leito...
