Yea, Michaela is my newest Skyrim love. I'm happy because I can play her in the game but also have her as my follower.... You can only imagine all the fun they have together...

 I have a feeling I know the answer, but your shots are stunning. How did you get them to look so clear and vibrant?  (same question applies to your signature/border)

 

Thanks so much! Lately I've been looking into enbs and lighting mods that work best for character screenshots and its just experimenting with a combination of different stuff really.

 

I looked up some vids on lighting mods and stuck with ELFX plus relighting skyrim. I also take screenshots in a higher resolution than i normally play at so (3840 x 2160) which has abysmal frame rate but i feel like it produces clearer images. I try a lot of different enbs (for ex. I used Snapdragon Prime for these pics and Sushi for my signature - also used Rampage for my previous screenshots) I edit the values on contrast and vibrance to give the image a punch. Last thing is I actually spend the most time finding a good location with a good light source (which is harder to come by). 

 

Honestly it's just experimenting, some locations are great for outdoor shots, while others are great for interior, and some (like this one) have a good light source for night time shots. I'm not exactly an expert in these things, I just follow what my eyes think look good. Hope that helps!

Now finally, my character, his twin and the infamous basket o' flowers. (And his husband, too) 

 

It's hard to make screenshots if you're starting with the will to do so, and then I always forget to hide all menus, but well... Took me hours to get him to look like that, starting from an all ugly default dunmer face. x.x

 

I don't like the constant shadow underneath his eyes, they tend to give him an unintended evil look, but I couldn't get rid of it as of now. The only thing that helps is good lighting - oh well. He's still sexy though. And as I'm greedy I had to add his twin to Skyrim, too. I still wish there were a few good presets out there for males to start from, but it seems that there are only millions and even more for women.

 

Anyway, no matter what, they're definitely the most beautiful dunmer hanging out in MY Skyrim.

Random outfits some ported from oblivion and some from fallout 4. The one with the helmet with the long horns I couldn't get good pictures as the helmet kept disappearing when I was too close to it and looking at it in certain angles. The wonder woman one came out pretty good.

How are you applying the distance focus effect you're using? I've actually been looking for one that suits me among all ENB presets but couldn't find any that pleased me, nor how to make my own. I'm using an ENB that I actually like, but it doesn't have such an effect attached to it at all. 

Or just in case you don't know that either, which ENB are you using?

I used La Profeta ENB by Wanako, with some fine tuning to my personal tastes. It's been a little over a year since I've messed with it but the ENB preset itself is very nice. Give it a go

Definitely will - I like the overall coloring of it. That's what I had in mind when I downloaded my current ENB. Would you mind to send me your tweaked ini per pm so I can compare it with the original one and mine?
