I just had a CTD right after designing my character in Racemenu. Some DDe errors occured right near the end of the Papyrus log, and removing DDe and trying again prevented the CTD.

Also, can you brand the DCL quest items? You know, like @Veladarius did the CD quest items. That way we can visually differentiate the DCL devices from the DDx ones.

Yes, I knew about the blocking harnesses. I do not like nor use those, and it's a good thing they have been removed.

The locking harnesses however, the ones that are in DDe, should not have been removed since they can be locked, worn with a belt, and/or a posture collar and they look quite good with either one.

I removed the locking harnesses because they didn't come with a collar attached, which means they looked very extremely silly when they got equipped without a collar worn (what kept them on? glue?), and a lot of mods caused that when randomly equipping items.

There is a new class of harnesses in DD, replacing the locking ones. They do NOT block the belt slot, but come with a collar.

They absolutely are! They work identical to the chasitty-enabled one, except that they don't block the belt slot.

Well yes, they did change plenty of existing devices. Those errors are probably harmless as it is just telling us that those peculiar devices don't exists anymore.

They are indeed harmless. However if I update DDe to work with DDx 2+, it will break DDi 2.92 which I am still using.

I will start looking into updating to DDi 3+ and DDx 2+.

For now I will post DDe 2.50 since POP 8m requires it for DDs usage.

Seems like you'll need to maintain either 2 versions or say goodbye to good old DDi 2.92.

It is quite annoying, because any mod that has seen his/her creator go away and depending on DDi won't work properly with the new version. At worse, it'll create a schism.

I already uninstalled DDe because the DD updates screwed it up, will this new version work?

It has been a real pain in the *** for me after the DD mods all updated, can't play DDe and I reluctantly

had to uninstall cursed loot because the file sizes and animations were so huge I couldn't run that without massive

loading time penalties so it had to go too.

I had to switch back to the DDi 2.92 so I can keep using DDe. I mean DDe has a bumle bee outfit now. A bumble bee!

I like the new items in DDx, but they can wait.
