well for starts you don't use the CK to convert meshes:

Nice job, Maybe there will be an option with a prettier face? , As an option, in future. ... 

In general, I would just rip from other games or from Skyrim itself for paired animations, but writing scripts for the 3dripper is  lazy ::)

Yeh.... i know. Im not so good in 3ds max "sculpting". Thats why i need ZBrush.

sculpting? Can't you just load a model into a DAZ, make a pose and export it later?  like

"Just import in to DAZ" means

1. Find good model of body with finished forms and face i like. Where? Someone make to me that gift (good shaped finished 3d model)? Dont think so. I cant just take any model i like from internet or other game because of author rights. 

2. This model must be set in DAZ t-pose

3. Rig this model to DAZ sceleton. Wery "funny" task at all. Gen 8 morphs will not work for 3rd party model because of different topolgy.

4. Create pose

5. Export it to 3ds max and work further....

Besides of all on your pictures is DAZ character. Gen3 or Gen 8 body. I dont remeber what exactly character is ist but its deffinitly not free content.

It seems to be Genesis8Female base https://smutba.se/project/30820/ / Does that model make any commercial sense?   / I don't know, I put it on the nexus, isn't it a free model? ?

 

Well, by the way, it is not necessary to use daz, there are many free models https://smutba.se/

 

In short, your artwork is good, but the face could be nicer. I hope you come up with something. Good luck.
