I'd advise to get a mod-list/collection, if you're new because it can get confusing or frustrating when you just end up adding abundance of things. crashing, errors, things not working properly and etc. IF you're willing to learn just start adding one mod at a time and/or with things they looks to work well with each other. Start off with few weapons and clothing mods or mods that add in spells, easiest to install in my opinion or a follower mod.
