Trans women aren't feminized guys, they're women - same in Skyrim. You have a female character and you use SOS to give her a dick. You can check out my list of mods if you like - I recommend the XPMSE skeleton, the CBBE body, Schlongs of Skyrim.  Check out some of the links at the start of this thread too - many popular options are included.

I came up with a quest line. But I will never be able to do it.

Completely rebuilt from the ground up, this CBBE 3BAv2 edit once again comes in two forms- one intended for use with custom textures (I've supplied my own shoddy edits, hopefully more talented people make and share their own), and one compatible with any SE CBBE texture.

I tried to make it fit ERF's CBBE Futanari Schlong, but you can definitely use any schlong you want, maybe do some tweaks in Outfit Studio for that perfect fit

But I think, it is a problem with the Outfit.

When i put the Clothing off, she have a pale Body. I Think, I have something forget^^

Hmm, the pale body might be on me, actually... Yup, I forgot a flag in the mesh, which means it's not taking on skin tints. Try redownloading soon

 

Wouldn't be one of my releases without forgetting something

@zilvradrow Ok, new version uploaded. The pale skin problem should be gone now. Also, you wouldn't see a difference when wearing an outfit without replacing the body mesh with my edited one first.
