Outfit Studio is your friend for that, if the base model has enough polygons to provide a nice round bulge ; You just need to use the inflation brush after using Ctrl+clic on the zones you don't want to modify to mask them.

But as far as physics, it does it on its own since the latest xpmsse has bones for SoS that has HDT just not like FloppySoS sadly

I've done a couple and even did a detailed breakdown of how I did it. Spoiler alert: It can be frustrating and time-consuming. Granted, you could add a bulge with just the inflation tool, but I found the end results pretty unsatisfactory without some filling in there, and it'll just flat out look like absolute shit on skimpier bottoms.

(I may do more at some point, but as I said, it can be a pain in the ass- I also noticed my S-Bikini mod still has weight painting issues and I'd like to fix those before I do anything new. I just haaate fucking around with weight paints, the actual sculpting bit is fun)

I want to start modding Skyrim and first thing I want is definitely some futa goodness. For starters though, should I just download SoS full or lite as a base? I could have been reading old info but it seems troubles can arise from only having SoS lite. Also, how extensive are the changes when using the full version? I honestly only care for the female side of SoS but if I have to I guess I can deal with the other half too.

If you can get it you might as well get the full version, iirc lite is for people who dont use SkyUI or low end programs

Has it always been possible to backport meshes from SSE to Oldrim with the SSE Nif Optimizer this quickly and easily? Why am I only hearing about this now?! Kudos to @Kokan, from whose thread I found about this technique! I knew I had to try converting EvilReflex's CBBE Futanari Schlong, and holy shit, it works:

 

 

Any other Special Edition-only futa stuff worth a look? Also, forgive the seams- I'm currently trying out 3BBB BHUNP, and I don't think the two blend together all that nicely. Gonna try backporting 3BBB CBBE next, I suspect the fit will be much better.

 

Oh yeah, I don't think I ever showed this either, I made it a while back now:

 

 

I believe this was Tamriel's first foreskin transplant surgery- it's EvilReflex's old HighPoly addon that I put a foreskin mesh on. Not the best-looking result, as the foreskin mesh was quite blocky, but I like the added variety. Not every futanari in Skyrim is Jewish now ?

 

(Again, don't mind the seam, currently testing a UNP based body instead of my usual CosioHD setup)
