Thanks for this mod! I love it!

 

I have a question and a suggestion.

 

What does the Rest Quest toggle do?

 

My suggestion:

 

Perhaps make it so that the Dragonborn doesn't remember the assault with some flavour text that appears on the screen after the rape, like "Wha ... what happened? I must have passed out. And I'm aching all over ..."

Hello ! 

 

this mod is awesome but i have a little problem with it : the rapist npc "always want more", more than 3 times. They kept cast the spell/rape/cast/rape... 

 

help ? ^^

Have the same problem, never ending rapes. (never) only way out is, to jump quick in a House or

something, but rapist is waiting.

 

Other problem is, if  his spell does'nt  hit me, rape starts anyway.

Yes, my problem isn't solve. I don't attack the rapist but rapes still occur. I think it's because my character is a succub and the mod consider that having sex with a succub is armfull (even if I deactivate the life drain : my character should not deal damage during sex). But i still have the problem when I disable the succubus option... I think I'll try on a new game, whitout being a succub.

What I really meant with my reply was that a Paralyse Spell is really rare (and expensive) in the game. By my knowledge, only one uses it during the vanilla game, the Redguard who pursues the redguard female working in the Bannered Mare.

So, only very very few persons can achieve this spell.

 

Your mod, instead, gives it to almost every NPC in the game. And that is, by my point of view, unrealistic.

I understand that this should be the easiest way to make the mod working and I understand also your target to maintain things simply.

Everything is only a simple observation, just to talk.

I was also just discussing things, without any annoyance. Maybe I don't take Skyrim lore not as serious as you do^^

 

Hi guffel, thx for this mod. Would it be possible to make rape happen only in certain hours ? I would like to set it to night hours to make it more realistic.

That's simple. An option to limit the mod to 6pm - 6am would be appropriate imho.

 

How about some NPC vs NPC/Follower?

I set up a threesome chance already. I could make it that the 2nd aggressor takes the companion instead of the player. Would of course only work with one follower.

The spell is only cosmetic. I put it even in the description in the OPthat the rape starts anyway even if not hit.

The succubus thing might probably be the reason. I use a OnHit() event on the aggressor. This triggers always when the npc was hit by an attack or hostils spell even if does no damage. If now turning off the succubs spell doesn't actually disable the spell and only sets the damage to 0 it counts as attack.

Some stuff to report:

 

This mod doesn't seem to work well with Dangerous Nights 2. I had both mods installed, and whenever Dangerous Nights 2 is triggered, it seems that on top of the usual dialogue that is supposed to happen (Thief: "Look what we have here!", me: "What does this mean?" ... ), Horrible Harassment's dialogue gets triggered too. 

 

I'm bringing this up because both mods were created by Guffel

 

Could we have an option to choose how many in-game hours have to pass before another Horrible Harassment attack takes place? Currently, it is one hour, and it is rather short, for me. Even with the chance to get assaulted set at 5%, it still happens every in-game hour just by running around town to buy/sell, hand-in quests etc.

 

Also, I've not noticed any difference between 5% and the default 80% chance to be assaulted.

I've tried just different things and found my Problem was the 

 

              "SEX LAB STOP COMBAT MOD" 

 

 (This Mod also had little Bugs with Maria Eden)

 

The Succubus Mod works fine with your Mod!!!

Edit : yes indeed, there is a compatibility probelm with SS Stop Combat, SS HH works fine now.

 

 

By the way, could you add some choice in the PC answers ? My character is mainly submissive and it would be great if there is an answer like : "Please, i beg you not to hurt me" or something like that ?

Ok, good you could find the issue there. 

 

With the dialouge, I'll wait what Erroticx will provide me on lines and then there'll be probably be multipe answers.

 

are the rapers new npcs or the old existing ones ?

is the rape in the middle of the street or does it happen somewhere beneath?

 

the aggressors are the existing npc. the attacks happen just where the NPC is standing.

In a couple days of playing around I think I may have found that this mod doesn't play nicely with SexLab Eager NPCs.  As soon as this one triggers it removes all dialogue options for SLEN.  Anyone else having these issues or is it just me.

 

Love the idea...hopefully both mods will be able to play nicely together.

Its stuck in the paralyze camera and all i can do is jump in which she keeps acting like she is falling but i can still jump.

Could this be a sexlab v160 issue? It seems from the comments that 159 works....

No, I'm still running 1.59c and I'm having the same problem - just disabling the mod for now.

 

Actually just started a new playthrough and had this mod trigger after returning the Dragonstone - went up to see Jarl and while everyone was standing around being lectured by Balgruuf, Avenicci suddenly grabs my charactar - the Dragonborn is getting thanked for services rendered while getting raped by the Steward!

The freezing thing seems to have to do with the paralysis spell and will, afaik, be corrected in the next version according to author's posts.

 

In the mean time, I have found that trying to avoid the spell (running away, running around, going around a corner, etc) results in no freezeup 90% of the time or more (ie; I've had two instances in about a week's worth of playing and dozens of "attacks").

I was wondering if you'd add the option to get into a brawl instead of getting hit by the paralyze spell?  If the PC loses, they get raped, otherwise they get away.

Great mod, Guffle!  Been giving it a go it for a bit now and for me it's working really, really well.  No issues, no problems whatsoever.  My toon has resorted to avoiding people, it's working that well.  As such, I know you said in your OP this mod will be updated just for bug fixes, etc., but do you think it possible we can get an MCM option to configure the frequency of the "harassment"?  Like I said, it's working really well, if you get my meaning.  Please?  Purdy please?   :)

I think that there is already a slider for this. I forget what it is called, "frequency" or "likelihood", but it is in the top left quarter of the MCM page, default is 80. Try lowering that maybe?

Hmm... i can't seem to get this to work, i am ingame and i have all the mods required, and even the MCM menu is there. No one seems to approach me at all, no matter how much i edit the MCM menu. Even at 100% frequency.

I'd like to see the rape not happen if the spell misses, so competent dragonborns have a chance to avoid it. I also love the drugged drink idea.

 

I couldn't use the mod if my powerful warrior who's killed a hundred mages can't deal with a single spell they see coming a mile away.

 

Too bad you have no intrest in developing this, it could be so good.

I have no idea if or how that could be detected. If you notice the harassments starts in a bad moment, go into the mcm an click "reset quest" that will skip the one encounter. Npc should than return to their scenes.

Cheers. (Actually being thick/thinking about other things I thought the reset quest was something to do with a quest(*) you had incorporated and I didn't know about - I'm probably stuck in the Skip Scene mindset of Prison Overhaul in terms of terminology).

 

(*) Not in CK mechanic terms but story terms.

Good MCM additional choices in the most recent version. Nice job.

 

Just a suggestion. I don't know if it's practicable or not. Would it be possible to have your mod activate only when the potential attacker and player are alone? For example, if no one else is within a certain radius or within line of sight. That would seem more realistic than someone assaulting a woman in a crowd.

I'm also having that endless rape issue. It's just the one npc (who is, unfortunately, essential for some reason or another) and any time Chara in the room it's  spell, rape, Immediately after rape "You stupid bitch if you want more I'll give you more!". spell, rape, rinse, repeat.  

 

just this one npc (so far). But pc haven't been raped by anybody else (using this mod) so I dunno how pervasive it is yet. I even set the sliders low and everything so. If it doesn't get better I might end up having to turn this one off. I like it but I don't like it impeding the rest of the game and other mods. I have  prostitution mod on so it was a little immersion breaking when chara was taking a customer somewhere more private and that npc showed up and started raping again. but I guess there's not really anything you can do about that. Maybe set like a limit.  After 3 times the rapist can't rape for x hours or something? 

 

I do not have any succubus mods or anything either. 

 

Are you haveing this problem under version 1.2 ? I added a check that the NPC need to take actually damage to start a second rape. You should be able to stop the loop by using the "Stop Qust" option in the MCM, however.
