Bands that have already split when I discover them, if what Spotify whispers convincingly in my ear is true.

To me, this album IS jazz at its finest.

And I will never forget the first time I really HEARD and felt Blues music.  Thank you BB King for the magic you brought to the world.  This man has true soul.  He is the sound of true soul, beat, and feeling.

Tom Waits  ?  Did you ever see the movie "Big Time".  I saw it as a double feature (when that was still a thing, I am old) with the movie Sid and Nancy  @Grey Cloud

Still geeking out on Tom Waits, imagine my surprise when he appeared on one of my favorite movies, 7 Psychopaths

Well, it is as much a movie as The Talking Heads "Speaking in Tongues" was.  They were both just one long live performance/music video.  Tom Waits old school stuff and spoken word hilarious commentary from Tom between songs.

Gorguts-inspired technical death metal.

Seputus is a side project from members of the same band. I believe this album was written about one of the members' military experience.

Always loved Chris Isaak's MTV unplugged version.

And, even as a heterosexual man, I have to say he's one handsome dude!
