lol def getting coal.

Coal's just a DIY diamond. Those fools don't know what treasure they've given away. Patience pays off.

Heeeey Moooom

I brace myself, I know what sort of stuff follows that tone

My son: I found your anthem

Me: To self (fuck)

My son: Plays video below

Me: Says nothing because I know I can bullshit my son

Son: Toward the end of the song nods head to music and mouth "you do what they told you....now you're undercontrol

Me: Hands over face "yes honey"

Son: no mom, wait for it

Me: silence

Son: Ok, the last two lines of the song...wait for it....

Me:  humbled ,uh yup

Son: (dead serious)   what's wrong, I am proud you are my mom

Fave from the first Tool album with RATM...... ond only Zack de la Rocha could have pulled off Henry Rollins intensity (from the original track).  This will forever be my favorite TOOL song.  I hear it over the speakers in NYC as the "opening band" of a Henry Rollins concert.  I spent most of the concert trying to find someone who would tell me the "opening band".  Then I left and literally searched for the first store in NYC that I could buy this album.  "Shit adds up at the bottom"

Awesome set of music.   "Close my eyes forever" puts me right back to ETAS at NTC Orlando.

My room mate would play this song every day we had an exam:

South Central Rain/I'm Sorry, never forget lol

Uhm, never forget where a band "come from".

Hey!  I inspired you to post it.  Albeit against your will.  ;)

I have been a fan of Fever Ray (before The Viking series used her song for the intro).  This is a cover of Peter Gabriels song about the poet Anne Sexton.

Fever Ray is a master at haunting atmospheric music - that is why so many movies/shows use her stuff.  I don't know if this one has been used for anything, but I don't think so:

Here is the song most people know, because of the popularity of Vikings
