Spectre_15 Posted July 22, 2015 Posted July 22, 2015 I stopped watching Air Gear when I saw I was only like 8 episodes out from the end and realized it's cut short or something. Either way I felt the anime must have fucked up. My choice though isn't an anime but an animated cartoon: teen titans. First off I know some fucker is going to say Teen Titans Go. No. Fuck you. Teen titans go is a fucking spit in the face of teen titan fans. I want a real conclusion that the series was building to but had to rush without a real explication due to the series being canceled.

I don't think it was that bad of an ending. A manga with a very not nice ending was Gunslinger Girls. I would like to see Battle Angel: Alita (+Last Order) get another crack at the manga to anime transition as while the existing OVA is OK it's not super faithful to the manga and it's not anything resembling complete. Completely forgot about that manga until you said that. Sad fact to, because that's my hands down favorite manga to date. Probably one of my favorites, been following the manga from the start. I would like to see the final episode of Gunbuster be properly finished, most all of it was black and white and some parts just had storyboards shown since the animation was never finished.

Big O was lucky to even get a second season, if the Japanese had their way it would have been an open ending after just 13 episodes. I'd love to see Trigun get the manga ending, because the original anime ending was pretty much crap.

Koko.Hekmatyar Posted July 23, 2015 Author Posted July 23, 2015 I went ahead and rewatched claymore last night and having done so I think it would benefit more from a reboot then a continuation of the original anime considering the anime adaption didn't really follow the source material as closely as it should have.

The ones i would watch for sure if they had new seasons: From the New World / Shinsekai Yori Phi Brain: Puzzle of God / Phi Brain: Kami no Puzzle Mysterious Girlfriend X / Nazo no Kanojo Dusk Maiden of Amnesia / Tasogare Otome x Amnesia Sankarea Just to name a few...

The problem is at least two of those are considered finished. Shinsekai and Dusk maiden were only meant to be single season animes. Nazo and Sankarea both good shows could be continued as the anime adaptions never finished off the stories. Phi Brain I never watched so have no clue about that one.

I mean it was awesome, and they just stopped dead (pun intended ) I figured they would eventually animate the last bit of Bleach once the Manga finished as for HoTD the manga writer said in 2013 that he was putting HoTD on Hiatus to do research for it then seemed to vanish so something might have happened since I don't think it would take two years to research different military/civilian weapons and vehicles.

It may have a lot of fan service but it also has a lot of weapons and vehicles in it both military and civilian which is what the Manga Author said he was going to do research into before continuing HoTD.

Hataraku Maou-sama. Can't help it, I just love that story. I'd love to see that continued especially considering I find it funny as hell that the "Hero" who's sole purpose in life was to kill the Demon Lord now finds herself falling in love with him.
