Hello guys, I've tried for a lot of time to make my first mod but, I'm totally noob with blender, I don't know nothing about texturing, mesh, and any 3D concept.
A disaster is appeared

 

Elf ears is from Kasumi -Halloween DLC-

The idea was a elf version of Marie Rose.

It's because you certainly join the two parts (elf ears & face) with blender.

When you deleted original ears of the face you must add the elf ears with tmc polygon insert tool. After that you can merge the two part with blender.

 

You also move the head (wgt face). So it's no more aligned with the body, lips, eyes etc...

There's a quick fix

For a better result you should add textures for the ears

Wow! Thanks for fix the ears! Now her is really really beautiful. 

Unfortunately I really don't undestand how can I add textures on the ears... I read many many topic in this forum but don't find nothing about this kind of operation.

 

Today LGMODS has released a pack with all the characters with the elf heads. Really nice works, but I noticed that the heads are full customized, and differs a little from my idea.

My lrs is broken and autolink has me stumped! (installed it but still running the mods via lrs and archive tool) So basic flower bikini mods only

Anyway, using both their mods I tweaked them a bit in Nyo ( used the feather duster, RZ body and took out the extra panty)
