They're giants? Whodathunkit. I'll chase them down.

 

well they use the Giant moveset and I think it might help your mod if  there was a accuarrate creature list for SIC, so it can act as tick list for creatures you might have missed.

 

Two creature who suffer animation alignment issues are the pigmy trolls and goblins/reiklings, because their to small for the animation defaults they use.

 

The Reiklings/Goblins use the same animations as the Falmer and Drauger.

Heh. You don't know my life for the past few months.

 

The problem right now is actually not SIC creatures, it's vanilla creatures that have skins I didn't expect. I've been acting as though all vanilla creatures are taken care of, but for various reasons that's not so.

Aren't most of the SIC creatures reskinned vanilla creatures.  A good way to which vannilla creatures were reskinned  for SIC is to fight them or get sex scenes to trigger to see which creature animations they use. For example the club wielding crystal golem looks like a Ice Antronauch, but uses the Giants moveset and uses the Giants sex animations.

There's multiple layers.

 

Some new creatures are just new textures on existing meshes.

 

Some are whole new meshes (or slightly modified meshes) on existing skeletons.

 

None are new skeletons because that would require a whole new set of animations--not just sex, but idles, walking, running, fighting, etc.

 

Having a new race is independent of having a different mesh or texture. A race has a skeleton, but many races can and do share a skeleton. 

 

Animations animate skeletons, so if a race shares a skeleton with an existing race it can use its existing animations (if the mesh is very different there may be clipping or distortion problems, but the animation will work). 

 

Sexlab knows about races, not skeletons. It knows multiple races can share an animation, but you specify the races an animation is good for when you register the animation--there's no concept of a class of races which all share the same animations and which you might add to later. So if you add a race down the road that Sexlab doesn't know about, there's no good way to tell Sexlab to use existing animations.

 

So the question is whether there are sex animations for the skeleton in question, and whether Sexlab knows about the race. If the Crystal Golem uses a giant skeleton, I can probably give it junk and add it to Sexlab. But it really only makes sense if the thing has identifiable hands (for gripping and groping) and something to anchor the boner to. Also, I'm having to patch a Sexlab file to add the new races I have, which is almost guaranteed to break with the next version of Sexlab. 

 

So no new problems here. I just have to track the sucker down and fix him up.

First, this is absolutely awesome. I can't imagine playing with Immersive Creatures using the various Sexlab mod framework stuff without it, so thank you!

 

I was having a minor issue, but I solved my own problem after a little testing. I'll post it here in case others are idiots like me. The SLNC creatures were working fine. The BDIC creatures were animating properly, but didn't seem to be swapping out for their nude/aroused versions. I'm not sure why this is.  Everything was be in proper load order, as far as I can tell. When I open the Mod Configuration, the BDIC options show up for the respective creatures. 

 

Ah ha.  I needed to go into Creature Framework and re-register the creatures.  Working great now!

OK, I've hunted through the CK and the wiki and there are no Crystal Golems in Blackreach. Wazzup? Are they from another mod?

 

They were added in the 6.2 version and one can be seen on the SIC nexus page ( 1st page of images, 4 down from the right). But there are different versions, the one in the picture has no club and the one I ran into in Blackreach had a club.

 

I think some creatures are on a level list, I was at 126 when I first saw the Crystal Golem.

This guy was a pain because it's yet ANOTHER way of equipping a skin--this skin claims to be an equipped cuirass, so it was being stripped by my undressing code. But I got that fixed and also added a check so that only creatures would be undressed. 

 

I have a bad feeling that we're losing a cool visual effect here--the golem first shows up mostly transparent, then turns into the crystal texture here. It happens before BDIC gets involved so it's in CF. I'm not providing a normal armor, so I don't know why it's happening--CF doesn't need to do anything with it if I don't provide a normal armor. But whatevs.

 

I'm going to test this out a bit then pack it up and call it V1.

A good female Naga is the Medusa Gorgon found on Fluzo's F.E.M.A.L.E  (Female Enemy Monster Aesthetic Leveled Encounter) is a good one to try out.

 The author has put in the opening text he could use help with scripts for level lists and a script for a mcm to enable/disable creatures for the mod.

I haven't used the mod (because I don't like some of the undead used in the mods), but I think the Medusa Gorgon uses mainly magic to attack. a constriction attack animation would be a real pain to do.

Some good stuff in there, but problematic... right now, SL doesn't know creatures' sex and the animations for them tend to be male. We'd need special animations for these gals.

Hmm. Not sure those CF log entries are real errors. All the "Didn't add active actor" lines are irrelevant--they just mean CF has found a creature it found before. I'm inclined to suspect whatever the "sgo" mod is. Why don't you post your load order.

I have a good CPU, A good GPU, and I have played with even more mods installed, half of them are disabled now because I was trying some new play on a particular M.O. profile and well.. I havent been able to play actually..

I can't look at this right now. I'm inclined to suspect "Soul Gem Oven".

 

I was actually encountering a very similar problem myself recently. Going outside--out of a cave, out of a house, out of a city--would CDT. Unfortunately I never pinned it down to anything specific. Try loading a different save first, then loading your most recent save. Then run around the inside location for a bit. Then try going outside. Some combination of that always unbuggered the system for me, so I never debugged it more.

The weirdest animation alignment issue I've encountered are the tiny spider skeletons minions that are summoned by some the skeleton mage varients that can continuously revive at Hamvir's Rest.

Well.. I cant actually, Everytime I update mod list I usually delete previous save games so nothing would break/change/etc I'll try disabling soul gem oven then.. thank you!

Well I uninstalled soul gem oven, and still getting CTD when I even try to go anywhere, cant escape the cell of the alternate start LAL.

Woah. Spoiler tags, dude.

 

Okay, if you can't even create a new game using LAL, this has gone from weird-one-off-problem to totally-buggered-skyrim-install problem. Plus the first lines are about "Cannot open store" and I don't know what that means but if it's the first thing that happens, it's bad. 

 

My advice: Fire up Mod Organizer if you don't use it already. Reinstall Skyrim and DLC's. Load up your basic mods and see if LAL works for you. Then remove or add mods through MO until you've isolated the problem.

Now that we've got all these fancy creatures, I've gotten some requests to make them easier to get at. Possibilities:

 

* Resurrect the original Animal Mansion but with you as client rather than partner.

 

* An Animal Arena where you get to fight different creatures for fun and profit (and extremely severe penalties if you lose). The sexytimes could be driven entirely by Defeat so this mod could actually be G-rated.

 

* Extend Hentai Creatures to include the new creatures.

 

I'm not much interested in Hentai Creatures but I thought that might actually be the easiest way to get started with quests and spells and stuff. One problem is that SIC provides so many creatures you don't really want a spell for each--the list would be unmanageable. So what I'm trying is to create lists of similar creatures and have one spell summon a creature from the list. I've got that working for male spriggans--I figured if you've called up a female spriggan for frolic, you might not like so much getting a guy, so separating them out makes sense. 

 

That much is working. I created a leveled character which was based on a leveled list, overriding factions and some other details with Hentai behavior. Then the leveled list just has to have all the SIC creatures I want on it. (And, of course, I need a spell and a spell book and a magic effect and to modify the "dump all the spells on me" script.) Still surprisingly easy.

Got to the goblins today. And the first freaking skin up is female.

 

So... I gave her a strapon, sorta. There are no falmer strapons that I know of so I repurposed a weenie. I might make it more strapon-like in the next pass, but I'm getting tired of saying that.

I also outfitted some of the dwemer spiders. These are IC's spiders, not the regular kind. The mechanical spider's abdomen doesn't flex so right now this looks a bit stupid, because the prick floats free of the abdomen when it's in action. But I think I can modify the mesh to be long and curved, so it looks like it's pistoning in and out, which will be freaky. And when it's not in action...

Finally some humanoids with indifferent success. They mostly all refuse to take their clothes off, though they animate just fine. I looked to see if they were tagged wrong, but I couldn't find a problem there. So I put them off. The exception is the Dark Seducer who comes in a miniskirt. She won't take it off, but I thought the result was kind of hawt so I'll leave it as is.

There's a bone spider in there with a skull head that I skipped. A dragon priest thing that has no animations. That's about it.

That Dragon is literally the most badass thing I have seen on this site.

Hi, so I am having trouble with getting the animations and stuff to work, should there be more options in sexlab listed under the creatures toggle?

Nope, you should not see additional animations. All new SIC creatures will use existing animations. Easiest test is to zap a creature and a person with matchmaker and see what happens. If the spell "fizzles", animations aren't installed. If the creature and person just stand there, run FNIS.

Ok. so I tested it with matchmaker with minotaurs and goblins. Goblins are now invisible untill the animation starts not sure what I am missing at this point. Re installed skyrim last night after I couldnt get it to work and just installed what I needed to see if i could get it to work. Going to try playing with it a bit and see what happens. Hopefully I can get it.

 

Edit: In the course of fixing my CTD issues I have to completly redo everything again, so yeah I think I'm just going to leave this mod alone and just do a light weight install of just a few mods SAM and just a handful of sex mods. Still I love what you were able to do everything that I saw in pics looks great!
