sanul17 Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 mostly wandering all of skyrim, so i love when there is a new location not visited yet, i need to walk by feet to reach that, so the urge for using fast travel is gone, lol or just spawning bandit and slaughtered them, or spawning stormcloak and imperial at one place, watching the war or join it, if it gets boring, i added some bandits or at least three dragons,
Suludi Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 I play stories. One of my chars was a Dunmer who escaped from Morrowind as a child with her parents only to get lost in Tolvald's Cave. Her parents died and the Falmer took her and raised her as a breeding slave. In time, she identified herself with them, became a willing servant and started hating all those horrible surface dwellers. When she was grown up, the Falmer sent her to all the ancient ruins and caves to breed new life into the species. Eventually, as the only non-blind Falmer, she was set upon reclaiming the surface for her people by killing every living soul in the cities and settlements above. Another started as a naive barmaid, was beaten into service as a prostitute in Riften, then bought her first sword and became a famous sowordswoman. Another escaped from Helgen and wanted to join the imperial legion but stupidly touched a mysterious looking skull at the cave exit and turned into a monstrous beast. My current char was a Redguard warrior who got in the way of a powerful vampire. In the 47 nights since, he has bitten and killed some 1,300 people, is hated and hunted by everyone except draugr and other vampires and has an insanely high bounty on his head. I managed to cure him today but now the game crashes every two minutes so I'm not sure how to proceed. Basically, I throw a newbie into the wilderness and see where it takes me from there. Still fun after more than 2,200 hours. The only thing I've never played through is the civil war on Ulfric's side cause I can't stand the guy.
ambria Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Find an amazing quest mod with 34523950 endorsements. Courier gives me a letter. Well that's me done, go find another mod
Guest Vendayn Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Find an amazing quest mod with 34523950 endorsements. Courier gives me a letter. Well that's me done, go find another mod You know...I do this a lot to. And I also think "well, more stuff to do. Lets find other good quests before I do this one!" And I never do the quest and end up with tons of content/quests and stuff that I never do
Aurora95 Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 My current character..playing a healer. Seems fun so far.. got Sven as a follower then off I went Somehow its only occurred to me recently that this is a possibility in skyrim and especially since I always play healer in MMO games o.O
Arizona_Steve Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 I have literally hundreds of followers merged into one esp (The Bannered Mare and Drunken Huntsmen are pretty full these days). Grab about 8 to 10 of them from various places, craft some slutty gear for them (another hundred or so armor mods merged into a custom esp) and run Random Sex on a five minute cycle so my questing activities are regularly punctuated by other... activities.
Shirobako Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 I exit the game. I'm not gonna force myself if I'm not having fun anymore.
BeamerMiasma Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 After 3771 in-game hours, I still play almost the same as I did when I started. Doing some quests, and in-between them settling down at an inn or home for some naughty R&R with foxy looking followers and locals. I also love just running off in a random direction and wandering around without looking at my map. Amazingly even after so many in-game hours, I still ocassionally manage to find something I have never spotted before. Also spend a lot of time modding and figuring out game mechanics, but when I play, I really play!
Youwish1 Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 I usually have fun trying new mods. Taking screenshots, I leerv making new characters , testing mods, modifying other mods, visiting newly downloaded player homes loads of stuff
SilusCrow Posted May 24, 2015 Posted May 24, 2015 Easy: Run around the west and north west portions of the map, hunting Thalmor. Bonus points if I can bushwhack a patrol and slit all their throats without the others noticing. Thinking about it now, I outta start taking skulls (One of the mods I have adds hearts and skulls to all humanoid characters for looting). Murder me a bunch of Thalmor, take their skulls all Predator style and keep a running tally of my kills.
napkinzdk Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Throw pricy stuff on the ground at markets, then watch them kill each other over it. Also guard carnage.
Rayblue Posted May 28, 2015 Posted May 28, 2015 Favorite has to do with me trying to land shots at longer distances, then watch bandits drop or fly off their platforms.
polaczek Posted May 30, 2015 Posted May 30, 2015 I like to roleplay being a city guard, patrolling the streets and defending the city from massive bandits attacks, writing small stories with the intent to post them online later which I never do...
germanicus Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 I'm looking for every female for sex intercourse, visiting brothels, prostituting and all related to it.
Shadowscale Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Past few times I played usually involve me breaking my saves and starting over regularly. I beat the Dawnguard quest line once along with the main quest line. Never got to finish the last expac, but plan to work on it.
Gameplayer Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 I hate to brag but uh, I have never finished the main quest. I did finish Dragonborn though, but I needed to get something from a Dwemer Ruin due to a quest in a mod haha.
pinky6225 Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Been playing through the vanilla quest lines although while doing so i've also been using devious interactions "are you interested in restraints" dialogue to put every female npc i meet in collar, cuffs and pony boots. The few i fail the dialogue check on i've put using puppet master to give pet collars to. Now at level 79 with the majority of skyrim visited and i've made it a rather interesting and deviant place
Dubhorizon Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 Well I have Shadowstar castle and Mias sexslaves. I have beautified almost all worthwhile npcs, so the ones I like I assign to Shadowstar castle with nice gear and those I don't like go through slave training.
Sexydemigoddess Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 I never played through the main quest either, farthest I got was Elder Knowledge But back to topic: usually I make a character and make internal bets how long it's going to take until the first SL mod kicks in. I run around the maps and set a certain destination (e.g. Falkreath) just to end up in an entirely different place because "Oh this is closeby, I can just check that place out quickly, for map completion and all.." (that way I managed to find myself in Markath, thinking to myself "Wait, I actually wanted to go to Riften" already)
wisecracks4u Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 I gather an army of followers and go around attacking cities... prolly safe to say most people do that though
lkl Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 Break my save game when adding mods through trial and error and attempting to fix it, which just ends up going around in a loop. So yeah, that's what I do for fun. Fixing my Skyrim in hopes of it working properly.
carnifex Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Well, one thing I do is compulsively download bdsm mods and play through them. Another thing is figuring out mod combinations for specific rp-heavy playthroughs and testing how they work. As in, let's say I'd like to play a merchant out to conquer Skyrim economically, so I search for mods that improve the economy, give me new options for gaining and spending money. Then I try them out in various combinations to see which gives me the most options without conflicts and whether such a playthrough will be fun.
