tedii Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 Okay, so I seem to have it all running pretty well at the moment except the interactions between two sims under my control always gets rejected although they are husband and wife. I can see other, npc sims playing the animations but can't get my sims to play the animations. How to get my sims to accept each other when asking for favours?
dooda Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 @OnikiKay I want to report some bugs for version 0.1.9e... but with no error log. 1. For threesome, the third sims won't play the animation. 2. The Zzzz when sims sleep, won't disappear when sims wake up. 3. Dance and Club Dance won't play anymore on any stereo (drop interaction issue when sims start to dance), but KinkyMod counter strip dance work fine. I`m seeing the threesome issue too. Also when standing male kneeling female blowjob is rejected (with the notification) the animation still plays briefly.

I'm not terribly familiar with tweaking mods, so I'm curious if there's a 'dumbed down' explanation of what does which and where? I'm sure if I mess around with it a bit more I'll figure it out but it would be awesome to have some kind of guide. Most of what I've figured out through NRaas mods have been just by reading the guides. As far as I know there are no guides as of yet. I'm sure onikikay will do something when the mod is where they want it. Most of us are just trying things out and asking questions if we get stuck trying to do something. If you need to know something specific, just ask someone may be able to help out.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday how it would be neat to be able to save a rape victim
dooda Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 I have seen a male maid attack a rapist in the act and chase him off back in 1.9 (first version) Setting it to a 5% chance should calm things down a bit.
no.1froggie Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 I downloaded lady666_animations and kicker animations along with masteranimations but when I click to use one of the animations the sims undress and move to the location like they are supposed to but then don't do anything. they just stand there with no movement, sometimes they are separate and sometimes they are meshed together. Did I forget to download something?

I can't go to classes, the progress bar is missing, people stand around and you can't interact with hem as it says something is in the way, you can't visit other lots as the action will disappear out of no where, and finally if I return home I get an empty dim screen with no Sims, hardly any details on the neighborhood, and nothing happening......so I started a new game and will try the mod again, outside University to see if things will function better.

I think I read where it will be implemented with version.2 or after that one. Can't remember where I read it. Your athletic skill must be higher than your victims. Onikikay mentioned awhile back that travel destinations (including uni) is not supported yet or hasn't been thoroughly tested. I think it will be added in a future version. The new animation system is being worked on right now and other things will come after that is released and is stable.

Not sure if this has been discussed--are you by chance, when the kinks are all worked out, going to break this down into flavors? For instance, I like specific elements of the mod and I was wondering if you'd break it into separate pieces eventually. I'm most interested in the rape aspect of the mod but I'm not interested in the entire mod as a whole. I hope that makes sense. Make autonomy low, turn off teens, and turn on rape, max it 60,and enjoy your game.. if you put debug on you can spawn rapist on home lot. If you put the rape number real high you get a rapist at home,as well as maybe 8 rapist in the neighborhood. Thanks but I don't want the whole mod, I like my downloads exactly as it is right now and this mod encompasses a great deal by changing a lot of things. I'll wait for Onikikay to make flavors if s/he is so inclined.

University worked for me with a new game. Two sim household placed in starlight springs, one sent to uni for a full term and returned home after exams with no issues. Version 1.9e, is that the version you used? Oniki said 1.9e should be ok with travel but older versions probably not.

Lets me know when a rape starts as well.

"The full menstrual cycle duration is 5 days for default age length" (this is Onikikay's response to MrsSanta's April 10, 2015 question. I had to go through many pages to find this but hopefully this explains it. If your sim is a teen then that is probably the reason for the fluctuating cycle. My teens cycle every 2 hours and then stabilize once they are young adults.

I pulled this in-game and I had the same issue of serious lag where the game continued to play, but wouldn't allow me to select or click anything. Major delays! I use primarily NRaas mods. For those who can run it perfectly, how many mods do you guys have? I also had an error where a giant blue screen popped up with debugging information. Tried screencapping it and got a black screen. I have the ScriptError file from the last error if it would help the mod improve!

Woul;d be really apreaciated ^0^ This is not the correct option. Set the Oniki.KinkyMod.OptionSettings.AnnounceLevel (damn, I really have to write some proper text) to anything but "None". "All" is the default setting. I just noticed that my sim's fertile period only lasts for about a 1 sim hour. why is it so short? can it be made longer? Are you sure? The default ovulation phase duration is 10 hours for a lifespan of 21 days. If the lifespan of your sim is shorter, the duration of ovulation period is adjusted accordingly. But only 1 hour seems very short.

I had kept the lag in mind when I installed and ran the mod. It's possible that my Island Paradise was just overpopulated (I had not ran Story Progression and removed homeless Sims yet) - I think my CPU speed is the bare minimum of 2.3 GHz. Will check later. I`ve just re-installed sims 3 after finding this site while looking for sims 4 mods. From memory, I used nraas (twallians as it was the known) and more awesome than you years ago, found that they made the menus clunky and were a bit buggy. That was on an old 1.3 gig celeron. So, I discovered kinkymod at version 1.8 along with kickers and looked at what nraas had too. The temptation was too dl loads of mods and just see what happened. I`ve got a fairly decent cpu, i5 2500k. With kinky 1.8, kickers animated woohoo, nraas master controller and cheats, nraas woohooer, shooer, overwatch and other less well known mods the game ran ok most of the time but sometimes I`d get frequent lag spikes. There was no lag on starting up a fresh game (no menu response for a minute or so) while kinky initialized, that seems to have come in at 1.9c or when the caution message that kinky was initializing was removed. My current mod loadout is nraas shoeless v1.8, nraas master controller v1.32 , master controller cheats v1.32, NoFullMoonLightingeffect, Cmar getnaked 1.63, jj.ticket machine (OFB 4 ts3), a few other minor script mods for build/buy objects. The game runs fairly well but there is the odd lag spike here and there a frequent one is at 4am when the sims are usually sleeping and the games at triple speed. I`ve also used the 4 gig patch and I think that helps things. http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Sims_3:Large_Address_Aware/4GB_Patch I do like a highly populated world and use OFB 4 ts3 to bring sims (upto 20) to a home lot which I run as a seedy motel. So I am pushing the game pretty hard. I don`t think kinky, kickers and nraas woohooer go well together with the way I play the game but interested to hear what others say. I`ve also used an overstuffed household (14 sims) with nraas mover and population panel which ran ok, but an error occured on a save game startup and a sim totally vanished. Bottom line is kinkymod is soooo much fun to play that I`m happy to adjust my mod loadout to whatever fits with it. As soon as kinkymod contraception is out I`ll propably ditch master controller too, mainly using it to control the baby boom. Game options are epic lifespan, story progression on, opt out of celebrity, no werewolves, fairies, witches, celebrities.
