Sexlab Deadly Drain

Hmm, I can't seem to get the actual draining to work, I set the settings to auto drain and also to be able to manual drain. When I press rAlt it says "you choose to drain victim to death" but then when the last animation stage comes around it isn't time extended and no drain actually happens. lAlt or z don't seem to manual or physical drain.

 

Is there a specific setup for combining these mods that i'm not implementing?

EDIT: Likely a mod conflict rather than badly installed/missing something/setup in MCM is wrong, as I just tried it with sexlab and DD and my settings seemed to work nicely. If anyone would be kind enough to try to spot a conflict in this modlist I would be grateful, otherwise it'll be a long process of elimination until I find it. I'm definitely not giving up on this mod though, the drain visuals are amazing.

EDIT 2: ....well i found it but it was not what i was expecting. Slowly uninstalling mods eventually broke my creature framework, and when CF didnt work, DD worked fine. Installing the new beta of CF didn't fix it, but taking away MoreNastyCritters ( and hence the CF that came with it) fixed the problem. How it could possibly affect DD i have no idea, I thought maybe animation count, but I had DD working with MNC enabled, but CF broken form the lack of another mod. I don't really want to get rid of MNC, anyone have any idea for a solution to this other than reinstalling? 

 

EDIT 3: I thought i'd do one more edit because I thought it was interesting. The issue in the end seemed to some some sort of conflict between MNC and Sexlab Werewolves that affected sexlab in such a way that functions of some mods were being affected and acting strangely. For example, fixing this issue not only fixed this mod, but fixed SGO cum inflation and pregnancy. Its weird how almost totally unrelated mods can in any way influence each other, but thats Skyrim i suppose.

But I have a problem with the deathanimation. If a sexpartner dies during sex, he doesnt transform to a draugr, but hang up naked in the air. I don't understand the problem. Maybe I need some settings in Sexlab? Or is this a known bug?

 

Please help!

Does it happen to everyone? Or is it just for some specific NPCs? If it's just some NPCs is because they are protected or essential. I hate Skyrims bullshit death state system, it just causes so many issues.

EDIT 2: ....well i found it but it was not what i was expecting. Slowly uninstalling mods eventually broke my creature framework, and when CF didnt work, DD worked fine. Installing the new beta of CF didn't fix it, but taking away MoreNastyCritters ( and hence the CF that came with it) fixed the problem. How it could possibly affect DD i have no idea, I thought maybe animation count, but I had DD working with MNC enabled, but CF broken form the lack of another mod. I don't really want to get rid of MNC, anyone have any idea for a solution to this other than reinstalling?

The issue in the end seemed to some some sort of conflict between MNC and Sexlab Werewolves that affected sexlab in such a way that functions of some mods were being affected and acting strangely. For example, fixing this issue not only fixed this mod, but fixed SGO cum inflation and pregnancy. Its weird how almost totally unrelated mods can in any way influence each other, but thats Skyrim i suppose.

Interesting, to be honest I don't think it should be related to the CF or any other animation mods. DD has some quarrels with Better Vampires, using some bad overrides. But that seems very very odd. Unless something in terms of json/NiOverride functionality would break something if they ware overridden by the CF or something. But that seems very far off. Did you try it on a completely new save game? There could be lots of junk in the save file that breaks things.

Hmm, I can't seem to get the actual draining to work, I set the settings to auto drain and also to be able to manual drain. When I press rAlt it says "you choose to drain victim to death" but then when the last animation stage comes around it isn't time extended and no drain actually happens. lAlt or z don't seem to manual or physical drain.

 

Is there a specific setup for combining these mods that i'm not implementing?

EDIT: Likely a mod conflict rather than badly installed/missing something/setup in MCM is wrong, as I just tried it with sexlab and DD and my settings seemed to work nicely. If anyone would be kind enough to try to spot a conflict in this modlist I would be grateful, otherwise it'll be a long process of elimination until I find it. I'm definitely not giving up on this mod though, the drain visuals are amazing.

Yeah I tried about 20 new games, eliminating 50 or so mods at a time until I narrowed it down to whether MNC was enabled that determined whether DD worked. DD also worked when CF was broken by one of my mods, I assume Sexlab werewolves (it said CF failed to initialise). Reinstalling MNC didn't fix it, but reinstalling MNC AND getting rid of sexlab werewolves fixed it.

 

I can only guess why it was stopping a lot of my mods from working, but it was causing issues such that it was having a hard time understanding when sexlab scenes were being triggered, and thus when to trigger your mod or others that trigger an effect when a sex scene starts (like SGO for example).

I think what he/she means is that after a while his/her character's boobs remain bigger than what they initially were. Thus, he is asking for how to reset things back to normal.

When I try to drain them, there's no effects, they won't die and basically nothing happens, except the debug message comes to the left upper corner when I change the draining to killing/not killing

Have you enabled the draining powers for the PC? 

And if you have try disable and enable it again. If that doesn't work I would try a fresh character to make sure it's not something with the save thats messed up.

After draining the target (or soldiers) they just dance around or stuck up in a weird position and did not transfrom into draug or drain like zombie. How can i fix this? Thanks.

If you are interested in such kind of reports, I have found some compatibility issue with your mod and Paradise Halls. Targets are not drained to death instead they just went to bleedout state, then stand up until sex stage is changed, after that animation proceeds normally. Also it makes almost impossible to kill NPCs, even with "kill essential" option

Yeah bug reports are nice, but it's sadly pretty much impossible to fix.

Hello I have a problem. I played around with the DDEditor and changed the MinSize for thighs. In game i suddenly realized that my feet went through the ground so I set the min-value back to 1. In game I press "reset scales" and voila my feet are in-place on the soil once more HOWEVER! when I switch to another body preset in RaceMenu my feet goes through the ground again so I go back to my previous char and her feet are through the ground again there as well. Help!

Hey so the mod is great I just have a couple questions on the death hotkey. I want to set up the drain so that if I hit the button (R alt is default i think) that my character will automatically drain at the end of the scene. However I don't want to drain during any other scene unless I hit the button. Is that possible? Or do i have to use manual drain (which i would prefer not to). Thank you for the mod and help!

 

P.S I'm also having a problem where the drain effect (looks like the vanilla vampire drain) bugs out and continues after the scene is over.

This is the closest for now:

 

If you check "Auto drain on orgasm" in the settings and then uncheck "Victim death from orgasm" 

The draining will trigger at the end of each orgasm. But it wont kill unless you press the hotkey.

I will add a drain effects toggle button next time I update the mod.
