One of the Asset Optimizers has an option to convert from SE to LE. It should only take seconds. You might need to make a new plug-in, though.

Hey, I am using Spice Gear and Mini Dresses for CBBE on female characters, but I can't find something similar for males that isn't just a couple armor and outfits or full on dongs out. Is there an armor and/or clothing replacement for skimpy male stuff or any I can convert for SE?

There is no such mod publicly available. Several years ago somebody uploaded an experiment with anus added to the textures that I tried and then uninstalled.

The problem is that you need precision in the animations and collision physics to make this work. There is a very small chance that the dick of the top will correctly target the quite small anus and it looks quite disturbing. A vagina is "wider" in one direction and is easier for animations to look OK. 

My personal observation is that the gay mod users are not too enthusiastic about fiddling with physics mods so even if a similar solution is created I'm not sure how many will even try to use it.
