As far as i know maybe only Kiki and Ava. But some follower like Azel, Hubbert ( both vampires ) can look very good even using males head. Kiki and Ava using female head. I almost release folower like this but judging from nexus behaviour to Males, i abort it. I almost release this one :

 

This Ezhra Follower using totally custom skin mixed from females and males. Reshaped body meshes and custom normal map to delete "boobs" part from females textures. Actually this one is my custom Trap/Femboy skin.

Author said that maybe in the future but he's focused now on getting out the pieces and making them work on SOS CBBE before moving to other bodies.
