Well, I thought there were some actual translations of these old files, but it turns out that they are all just bad copies of an old english file.

In case anyone can translate this to another language, please download this ENGLISH file and type in the translation to the right of the $xxx token. Note that there has to be a <tab> character and nothing else between the token and the text, just as in the one posted here. Also, edit it with Notepad++ and make sure the encoding remains UCS-2 Little Endian.

The localized strings don't seem to work, all I see are variables names in the MCM and notifications...

Foreign language files have not been updated. Which language and would you care to do the translations for your language?

MCM doesn't support fall back for localisation so the recommendation is to copy the English translation to all the other files until a translation becomes available. That way you can avoid some users seeing $Substitution_Strings.

Those "fake" translation files already exist in the mod directory, but oddly those $word still appear (when english should appear). At first, I thought the translation files could have been wrongly named, so I tried to match the syntax of the english filename but nothing changed (maybe it's an internal error, I don't know anything about that stuff ).

I play in French, as for translating it, sure, I'd be glad to lend a hand.

I have a slight problem with SAR. People with sexuality set to hetero (in SL Diary) show up with the wrong gender preference in SAR i.e a hetero guy has gender preference set to male and hetero female has preference set to female. I don't know if this happens to gay or lesbian people. If I change sexuality to something else and then change it back, the right gender preference is assigned (hetero male prefers females).

I'm using the SLA 18 beta and Sexlab 1.60 and I'm getting the same as above: Characters' preferences seem to default to their own sex in SLA regardless of their Sexlab preference. Targeting them in Sexlab and viewing them in the diary will then make SLA return the correct preference.

The log below is from the process of checking Ysolda via SLA and having her preference returned as female, checking her in Sexlab and finding that she is indeed straight, then checking her again in SLA and seeing her preference set to male.

I started the playthrough in Jorrvaskr and I noticed it kept tracking the inhabitants of Jorrvaskr. Is that normal or do I have some setting wrong?

It tracks everyone in a radius. I forget the exact value, but it is something like 1024 skyrim units. And, it doesn't actually "track" them. None are remembered from one scan to another.

Scans happen when the timer goes off (120 seconds by default) and at the conclusion of a sex act. It may be possible for the scan processing to continue after you leave a cell, but other than that, it should not be possible to scan actors in another cell unless the cells are adjacent.

I'll have a look at your log and see if I can see anything.

Checked your log and did not see anything unusual. There was no way to know the location where the scans took place.

Checked your log and did not see anything unusual. There was no way to know the location where the scans took place.

Most of the scans took place in Shimmermist Cave and Dustmans Cairn, but as I said, I started the playthrough in Jorrvaskr.

I'll have a look at this soon. I have made no code changes from the original in this area, so any issues must be really old.

Not at all sure if I understand this. Aroused has several gender preferences, one of which is "Use Sexlab ..." If you want Aroused to use the Sexlab gender preferences, you have to set it that way.

Hello,

I am getting CTD caused by slamainscr. I have played with it some, it seems to be temporarily fixed by re-installing mods in a certain order. But if I re-install with SOS and XP32 after SexLab Arousal Redux has been installed, this bug pops up again. At least, maybe that is the cause of it... To fix it I will probably have to do a clean install, installing all the SL mods in exactly the right order. This is tricky with all the anim replacers I have, XP32, and SOS. Often I have to play with those just to get them right, and by that time, Arousal gets messed up again and I have to start all over.

The crash happens at random when moving from one cell to another ( I guess when it is scanning for new actors).

Your issue is not with SAR. It, by itself will not cause CTDs. Just because slamain is the last entry does not mean it caused your CTD. In fact, the last entry will NOT have caused the failure because it successfully completed.

If the above log snippet is from opening your first save, try making a level 1 new game, save it, and then open that every time before opening the save you really want to play. If this is from a starting a save game after first loading a level 1 game, I suggest you visit Sacrema's thread and see how to fix your game.

Winnar is you is not a bug. It is a vanilla message when you complete an achievement.

SAR (and I assume the original aroused as this code has not changed) works fine with both 1.59 and 1.60. I added some debugging code to the gender preference section and, with the SAR gender preference set to "Use Sexlab", it reported exactly what Sexlab reported.

If you are using 1.6, recommend that you reset the Sexlab gender preference. It seems to be set always at Bisexual by default for female players and hetero for the player. I could be wrong about that as I am using a level 41 game for testing and it could be something I set a long time ago.

In this case, yes, it did complete, but in most other cases it did not.

If I uninstall it, the errors stop. I can post more script logs if it will help... but you probably can't do anything about it if its related to supporting mods being installed in improper order. I also notice a problem where SL arousal stops working. Arousal is always at 0 and never changes. Then the crashes begin.

I have SexLab Attraction, Cumshot, Further Lovers Comfort, Sexlab Romance v1-0-6, SexLab Framework v159c, and SOS.

I'll do another clean of SL/SL plugins/SOS and report.

Dude, I already told you. Your CTD is not in Redux. It's papyrus load is lighter than Romance and FLC by a long shot. If you can uninstall aroused and not get a CTD, uninstall Further Lovers Comfort or Romance and your CTDs will stop too.

I use Redux along with a host of other people and we never get CTDs.

Never ever ever.

For some reason I am unable to check arousal through the hotkey, it never brings up the message, I'm pretty sure sex is still bringing arousal down, but no arousal related messages show up at all.

I will post the log on the page you linked me to, but it looks like it hasn't been active in a couple of weeks. Hopefully someone there can help me make sense of the log I've gotten.

To fix it I will probably have to do a clean install, installing all the SL mods in exactly the right order. This is tricky with all the anim replacers I have, XP32, and SOS. Often I have to play with those just to get them right, and by that time, Arousal gets messed up again and I have to start all over.

The crash happens at random when moving from one cell to another ( I guess when it is scanning for new actors).

By the way, WTH is "achievement 36 awarded - a winnar is you!" ? I see this a lot. Mod? Bug?

I am not entirely sure, but I *think* that message comes from SLEN. it is just an information line which shows after gaining a level. But again, I am not entirely sure. I have seen it mentioned in the SLEN thread.
