Leowulf Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 As a note, you NEED to do the clean save to remove any running scripts on your save file whenever it is explicitly mentioned by the mod author. These orphaned scripts, if left in your save will eventually lead to a dead save file. The unfortunate downside is that you pretty much lose all progress you had in the mod. Sadly, there is no way around it if you want to make major upgrades, and especially if you are upgrading several mods at once, and want to keep playing the same character. The quickest and safest way to upgrade is to start a new game, and that's why there's barely anyone on these forums who makes it past level 20 on any one character. Not quite true. If a mod author correctly sets a version variable in their script and then uses that variable to determine if the running script is the correct version, they can determine if the mod needs to update itself. Furthermore, if the mod author also uses a simple function call to build up and tear down the mod, then it's quite simple to encapsulate those function calls in an upgrade function that restores the mod's key variables to their running state before the upgrade, where possible. If a mod author also takes care not to introduce breaking changes, then the previous tasks can be easily accomplished without the need for a clean save, since a mod can just update itself when a new version is introduced and stop any running scripts when it does update itself so that those running scripts can be replaced with new ones. Using the same good design principles, a mod author could create an option in their mod's MCM that would stop and uninstall the mod by stopping all scripts and clearing any saved data, such that a player could just use that option and then save when the mod informs them that it is done uninstalling itself. After which, a player could remove said mod from their load order and continue on as if the mod were never installed. So many mod authors do not do these things because they do not think of them. This is why we have to update on a clean save or start a new game with many mods whenever an update is made to those mods. Those authors nowadays *sigh* Yeah, it's not necessarily intuitive. I wasn't criticizing you directly.
WizzyD Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 kinda want a feeding option for all milk maid lvls... what? force feeding the milk maid lactaid past the +2 limit. understand you i don't lets just say the being force fed is a actual fetish for some people. that and i somehow developed a deep gulping sound fetish after watching this one hentai okay i might have understood what do you mean, you can increase feeding duration time in mcm menu from 30 to 60 seconds, or you want more? or if you want to get more lactacid during feeding you can increase your maid's level what i mean is taking off the level cap for feeding or a way to feed before every milking no matter the level.
Ed86 Posted August 30, 2015 Author Posted August 30, 2015 what i mean is taking off the level cap for feeding or a way to feed before every milking no matter the level.there forced feeding every time you use milkpumpMilkQUEST.rar
Shadowscale Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Wonder if there is a way to force gender change if the player has this mod and hormones. Perhaps a farmer wishes to expand his dairy operation and seeks your aid. After aiding him gather ingredients and helping build a milk machine he gives you a special lactaid that bends your gender to female or transgendered if enabled in hormones.

chajapa Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Ed86, When I go to the Debug Milkmaid in MCM, the list comes up blank. I have to drop down the Maids or Slaves dropdown and click on Maids (even though it's already showing as selected) and THEN it will populate the maids list. It used to default to the maids list. Too much clicking. Taking up valuable time that could be spent milking. ALSO... I'm still getting some descriptions that leave out the maid's name. Next time I'm in game I will write down exactly where that happens. And... force feed Lactacid? My goodness I have a REALLY hard time keeping 4 followers milked if they all have Lactacid. SOMEONE is always leaking all over my house! I'll tell you what WOULD be cool.... In dialogue, IF you have Lactacid in your inventory, you get a dialogue when talking to a Milk Maid that says, "Your production is a little low. I think you should drink this for a boost." and you hand her the lactacid, she drinks it, and her milk production goes up. When you make the dialogue, there is a dropdown for adding an animation and there's one for giving something to someone. Can't remember exact name. There's also one for drinking a potion. (I used them in JUGs.... didn't have to script anything for them because they are built-in). Also would be cool if she drank the Lactacid and her boobs went up in size like 4 or 5 milks right away. Production Boost bonus

Itsari Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 hello when i install a MME after the 2015-07-15 version it does not show in the MCM menu also my char. disappears when i enter the machine i tried making a cuirass with outfit studio but i cant make it work: i have seen someone else had this same problem and this was said: 1) you should install existing mesh close to your body 2) edit it in body slide 3) save to some safe place 4) uninstall\reinstall mod with custom option and copy your mesh thats how i think it should work i tried it but i cant get it to work any help plz i use the cbbe body and from what i can tell there is a premade cuirass option for cbbe when i install the mod yet no cuirass is ingame
Sospice Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 I found a very interesting bug in my normal play, if you have both sexlab hormones and milkmod installed and become a milkmaid all settings related to sexlab hormones become useless and have no effect. I tested this in quite a few ways and from what I can tell hormones is still usable up until you hit level 1 milkmaid but after all settings have no effect, I'm still testing a few things ( no visual size) to see if the break doesnt happen. (Yes I know the whole size resize thing could be the issue but usually they complement each other via Pex).so...you are complaining that you have modified scripts with pex/hookmerse and they are broken? milkmod doesn't change belly, butt, and schlong milkmod now uses NiO for breast scaling so 3+3=\=6, i might be wrong but formula is something like 1'+(3-1'+3-1')/2=3 'is set in racemenu Well if it seemed that way as complaining then I apologize, however I ran on a different machine same setup for skyrim down to everything except no pex/hookemerse used and ran into the same bug but only when breast visual was both on and set to 0, but on that same note with visual off the bug doesnt seem to pop up. It may just be a small glitch with NiO getting too many size commands at once and just failscading. It might be an issue with Sex Labs Hormones. I'm using the new version and I'm noticing the scaling changes aren't happening. I had it happen without activating MME (mod was on board but not in use). I think others have reported similar issues as well, I was going to check that thread and see what's up.
Cock Sucker Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 how'd you manually remove a milkmaid? I tried via the options but I cant click on the remove maid for the one I want removed :/

Ed86 Posted September 1, 2015 Author Posted September 1, 2015 How is the Milking Cuirass activated? Just putting it on doesn't do anything.also is the suction / piston action only supposed to be for the pc? it works sometimes on serana but with others it doesn't but does with me. it works when you are close to that actor, which is always for pc no idea why but that the way it is so I just upgraded from 2015- 07- 25 to the newest version same problem I had with getting that one to work, the mcm menu does not show for me again. and I cant remember how I got it to show on the last version I had as I had the same problem with that one. if I remember correctly I followed some ones post. that said something like this, go into X file and delete I think It was some sort of esp or scripts. I cant recall, but I think I did this to some degree and when I tried skyrim again the MCM menu worked. ( have not slept in a long time, so I might be thinking of some other mod I did a similar thing too) and yes everything is up to date, and I followed all the steps including optional. any ideas on why this is. no idea where to go and what to delete if suggestions from OP doesnt work, maybe you could try to install skyui sdk, maybe that will alright. still cant get it to work at all, now even the older one I used wont work. this might be something. even when I try to use the basic spells from then console command. non of them do anything at all. so atm I guess I cant use your mod anymore, since I cant get the previous one or the new one to work. and idk why this is. Have you figured out what the problem is? I seemed to have stumbled onto this problem as well and I'm not sure what the cause is, even on a new game it doesn't register. tryMilkMCM.rar
Saeros Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 hi Ed, sorry if I ask another dumb question, but I want to understand. I can milk two or more milkmaid at the same time? if order a follower/slave to get into milkpump with dialogue ("..do something" with standard vanilla AI) and after that I try to talk with another follower, the one in the pump stops milking. I use Extensible Follower Framework by Expired but the result is the same.. There are other methods? I do something wrong? Thank you in advance. bye! S.

If using EFF make sure you have the latest version. I use EFF too and if I tell a follower to get into the machine she gets in. I then target her again and hit the "E" key like to talk to her. She says, "Still want me to do something?" Then I am released from the "I need you to do something" Now I can go to another follower and "I need you to do something" and tell her to use a different machine. Some follower frameworks are BROKEN when asking a follower to use the machines. They get out as soon as you stop targeting them. EFF latest version works. I'm using EFF version 4.0.2

Saeros Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 I was thinking of a way to bypass the vanilla AI for MME.. It's not possible to create a standalone AI routine for Milk Maids? (disconnected from the standard follower AI sandbox).. maybe using Extensible Follower Framework wheel (optional). so you can order to your "cow/slave" to entering in the milk pump without following the player, just with an appropriate dialogue or pointing a bounded key (or optional EEF command wheel) simply focus/press to milkmaid and after focus/press to the pump. the maid stay in the pump without leaving until key is pressed again "focusing" at milkmaid/slave. it's possible.. maybe it's hard. Ed, what do you think about it? bye S.

Ed, what do you think about it? bye S. I think when you start trying to do something outside the standard AI, you start introducing all kinds of other issues. Saeros, are you still having problems with followers getting out of the pumps? Here is what I do (using EFF 4.0.2) Tell follower, "I need you to do something" and then target pump and "Use Milk Pump". They get into the pump. Now I have to wait until I see their clothes disappear and pump animation starts. NOW I can tab out of the follower command state or just talk to them again and tab out. And they stay in the machine until I talk to them again and say, "Follow me". While follower #1 is in a machine and not targets any more, I can go to follower #2 and tell them to use another machine and when pumping animation starts, untarget follower #2 and now both followers are in machines until I tell them to follow me again. NOTES! Some followers use their own follower AI and are not part of the vanilla follower framework. These custom followers may have the "I need you to do something" broken.... they won't stay in a machine. I can not think of any right now as I believe most of the custom followers have been fixed, but.... you may still find one somewhere. I think I have at LEAST 50 followers that I have tested and I can not think of any that don't stay in the machines now. Using EFF 4.0.2.

This leads me to believe that something is broken in the Paradise Halls + SexLab Extension then. Something not right in the slave AI. This should be fixed by the author of that mod. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but it would be pretty hard for Ed86 to keep trying to find ways to fix other mods.
Saeros Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 @chajapa I understand and I agree with you I just wondered if was not too difficult to make an interface EEF style (I like the wheel interface) like the new Soulgem Oven 3 (or Untamed).. but this add more dipendencies and is not good for all.
