Is there a way to activte other voices for female player then Jenny. I know it's in the menu, but only Jennys voice has sound. Every other voice (Linda,...) has no sound.

Having played this mod a lot - I have never heard Jenny's voiced played with anything else.

Check your load order?

 

I mean during sex, I get Jennys voice along with the usual Nusbie voices that usually play on sex. I started Skyrim like six times using different (but not wildly different) load orders.

 

Does anyone else have this effect during sex scenes, or is it really just me?

So the volume and audio quality of all the voices in the mod where driving me nuts. I'm currently running all the audio through a batch operation to declip and lower the volume 3db on all files. Do you want to include this as an update? I'll send you the files once it's done if you like. Also - are there more audio files than just in Skyrim\Data\Sound\Voice\MiasLair.esp\ ?

That does indeed solve the problem of the double-voice for Jenny, though not for Vess. No matter - thank you so far.

 

However, as I said, I would like to have a little variation in the voices of my slaves. Is it possible to change up the voices so that Jenny's voice is only one of several? Or disable the sex voices so that I can use standard sex voices instead?

my fav mod by far. however, i cant seem to get jenn to stop combat stripping, any sexiness that could come from her combat stripping is overshadowed by the annoyingness of having to redo her outfit and hdt wig every time we get out of combat. is there any way to stop her from using that strip ability during every combat?

You can get her to stop stripping using the dialog system.  However, if you do, she looses significant power.

You'd be mostly alone in this, so I suggest you look at other mods for a conflict.

Seems it didn't do as much as I'd hoped. The declip helped a little but what it really needs is audio normalizing to get all the volume steady, too many files have slightly different volumes to make the adjustment effective. Plus there's a lot of files that need noise removal which needs to be done on a per-file basis. TBH I think I did it wrong. But here is the files and whatnot.

 

I was using wavosaur to do the batch operation and a few free VST extensions to adjust the audio. I was hoping I could do them all in a batch but a lot of them need much more detailed editing to sound good.

 

Steps I took:

1. convert the files to .wav using LazyAudio converter (I couldn't figure out how to rewrite their .bat file to do all the folders at once, would have saved a lot of time...)

2. Run a batch command in wavosaur using vst_perfect_declipper_64.dll followed by one of the equalizer VSTs to lower the volume a little. Just load both, adjust as you like and run the batch edit as "VST chain"

2a. Batch commands are under tools>batch processor

2b. To run a VST chain you have to open the VST rack and add your VSTs to it - adjust settings, then click the checkbox in the main window for "processing". Then you just run the command.

 

Unfortunately it seemed to only have a decent effect on a few files. There's a lot of noise in a fair number of them and a lot of them sound like just bad microphones... I'd suggest looking into more free VST extensions if you want to see if they can improve the audio further.

Everything is attached. Wavosaur can use any VST extension you can find online. I just included the free ones I found that I thought might help with what I was trying to do. More stuff is available at http://www.wavosaur.com/ there's tons of tutorials and other plugins. Unfortunately most of it is tailored towards music editing. What I really wanted was a VST that would let me cut out the quietest part of the audio, basically clipping the audio inversely - thus also killing most of the noise and lowering the volume at the same time. Unfortunately I didn't find anything.

 

But the nice thing is, if you use this and want to add new voices or whatever, it's actually way easier to just come up with a VST chain you like to alter the voice to where you want, then let the actor focus entirely on their lines. Then you can edit it to sound demonic or whatever with an autotune VST or a straight edit. You get substantially better acting when they're not trying to do a specific voice.

PS: Let me know if you can use another voice actor to rerecord some of it on a better mic. (and possibly better acting...) love the mod. Great work and design.

You need to check the MCM option in Sex Slaves to enable this feature and then it will work - 'Slaves will wear armor'.  It's the only way I roll now.

I don't understand the recent complaints about voices and voice quality.  I haven't had any issues with either and feel that the voice acting and audio quality is top notch!

I can hear a ton of static in a lot of the audio. Plus the blonde elf sounds like she's talking out of a $10 mic with the gain up way too high. I can clearly hear when her voice - or at least the recording - goes out of range of either the file quality or the mic. It grates at me like nails on a chalkboard...

Kinda kills my immersion when I ran through the quest. Several of the slaves have similar issues. Nymphodora has a TON of static behind her audio in the greeting. Try listening for it.

 

This is the elf - not Nymphodora. But it's a good example.

 

I added the file converted to .wav format as well as a quick edit to remove an amount of noise as well as audio declipping.

Has anyone had an issue moving into the dungeon where if you go past the crypt, if you enter the downward stairs from either side the game suddenly drops to 3fps and stays there? It's still running and not crashing.

I used show quest target and player.moveto to get past it but I still can't enter the hallway. So now I have to use moveto to get in and out of the dungeon.

 

Maybe there's some kind of broken trigger in the hallway? It's only in the specific hallway - the dungeon past it works fine. And the quest still ran through and completed. I had an issue getting past the part with the gas the second time so I kinda moveto quest targeted that... maybe that broke it if no one else is having the issue.

You only have to deal with the gas trap once and then you flip the switch to disable it.  

 

I have had to make a save game right before hitting the gas trap and try reloading a few times until the gas trap script and quest worked correctly.  There does seem to be some timing issues with this quest and several players have mentioned having to try it multiple times before it worked.

 

I haven't had any of the other issues you are describing and I've been through the mod and it's quests multiple times.  Try not using console codes and play it normally.  Try turning off any scripted mods that can be disabled in MCM.  If your game has an overloaded papyrus engine several of the quests in this mod won't work correctly.

My view on Andrew is that he was a late arrival in response to the request for some male interaction.

I am a male playing as a female - and have been quite happy enslaving females. All tastes are accommodated.

I guess that because I am a male, it is probably male oriented.  However, I spent more time on Andrew for female players than any other NPC.

There is nothing in the hallway leading down to the dungeon, just static assets.    Some players who tweeked their skyrim.ini had problems in the dungeon.  Check out the troubleshooting page item 7 for more info.

No idea, I don't use it (although I have in the past).  Underground bathhouse is better and I am told has none of the issues that BB Luxury suite has.

There are no bsa files to download except on the mirrors.  If the documentation on the home page concerning combining and using the two partial zip files is not understandable for you, I suspect that you should probably download the single distribution from the mirror in which case you get a single .7z file that you can install using NMM or similar.

You have some conflict that I cannot determine.  Are you sure you have it installed correctly?  In any case, you should have an MCM menu within 5 minutes of running your game with Sex Slaves installed.
