Looks like this is made with the headmesh from "Poet"?

 

You probably imported it on the wrong weight, there's a neck "gap" as in the seam from the head overlaps the neck at the torso.

Always make sure you either know 100% exactly the weight from the NPC you import the head from, or at least mask the seamline before importing.

You can make it visible quite easy, if you don't have your body overlays installed the body turns blue in game:

And this is how it would look like with a gap/seamless neck (fresh imported Poet head):

So if you want it 100% seamless, you just have to set the body to 0.20 weight before importing the head. Then adjust the sliders again.

It is also quite easy to find out an NPC's weight by loading up tes5edit, takes about 10 seconds with a fast PC.

 

Also won't hurt to give credits to the author of Poet if you use his mesh :)

So far the legal situation for head meshes is this:

 

Since all the headmeshes and presets are just edits of assets owned by Bethesda, the modders can have no possible copyright on them. Just be very careful on Nexus, because they have their own rules for what is allowed to post (including screenshots of copied models).

Dark Elf (Dunmer) Race, is not a mod. It's the vanilla Dark Elf. :P

 

I was just mentioning the race I used is all, so it was easier for those who were unsure.

So here is my newest character I am currently playing. Cute red-headed freckled Nord. Enjoy. :)

-Hi-Res Vanilla Warpaints (just to get that nice red color around her eyes)

 

The freckles will be darker or lighter depending on your ENB and such. I personally use Vividian ENB (vivid version) with Pure Weathers and Relighting Skyrim with ELE Lite.
