Does the cleaned up version work well? Seems like a lot of people talking about CTDs and yadda yadda. I removed it from my install since there is a mod to get any follower to take control of you via DCL as if they were the male or female dom from that mod. Given the state of limbo, making a Maria Eden start is probably not going to be high on my list of fixes/additions.

What makes maria eden so interesting I think is the details of the whoring system and the outfit management and of course the spawning of furniture with spells and the ability to move that furniture around wherever you want. DCL doesn't have the exact same things but it too has some interesting details. Some of the maria eden scripting doesn't work just right anymore thanks to updates for mods like zaz and using different anim systems now like SLAL. Zaira could explain it better of course but yeah there are bugs even in the cleaned version just a lot less of them. The starting thing only has to happen once and it plays out better than just spawning into the world all tied up. The player goes through whore training at one of two locations that the player can choose and the player can choose the outcome either sold as a whore or a slave of an npc or set free to one of the inns in the world as a free whore. The player can add many npcs as candidates for owner of player instead of just relying on vanilla npcs so mod added npcs work too.

I tracked down a problem with the bondage start, if anyone resurrects it. (I thought the mod was dead since its last update was 2015, lol. That was before I saw the mod author active recently in the thread here.)

 

Problem: Shortly after starting the game with a yoke, the yoke animations start to get overridden by normal walk/run/sneak animations.

 

Workaround: Don't start your game with a yoke. Instead, once you get put into the world, use the console to give yourself the yoke (and 1-2 restraint keys if you want, like the mod does), then wear it manually.

Did you merge it with other mods? Any time you merge an .esp file any mods that have a soft dependency on that file won't be able to use it. I've never had problems with Sneak Tools.

 

Also if you are trying to use this with SE (I'm not supporting SE yet since I've never once even installed SE, though some people said they got it working somehow, IDK) it is... somewhat unlikely to work with SE sneak tools as it has to grab the formid and the formid might not be the same for it to see.

 

ALSO Also make sure to get the patch I mentioned, though basically all the LE patches are somewhat messed up in one way or another and it shouldn't matter to this mod if you're using the patch (I don't think the formid it uses is different).

It's not dead! Just... resting. The only problem (aside from the yoke thing) that I've been able to confirm on my end (aside from whatever problems people may have if they're handed off to SD+) is the gray faces bug for a few of the masters/mistresses, I included some facegen files on the previous page for that. 

 

I think I always had problems with the yoke animations, I thought it was just the way the yoke was at the time. I'll have to figure some way to delay the yoke in that case. 

 

I want to do something with Immerslave. Problem is I'm fucking around with:

  • A modded version of Hydragorgon's Slavegirls (more immersive text, option for mostly-all-female edition with lesbian slavers)
  • A lesbian version of Slaverun (where only female guards will act as enforcers and most of the NPCs are female)
  • A primeval version of Wyrmstooth (just using the AMAZING map, basically) for an alternate start (hunterborn/frostfall/campfire alt start where you HAVE to start from nothing and craft from animal parts to survive)

I'm hesitant to release anything as I believe in supporting my releases and my girlfriend might tighten the leash on my Skyrim addiction here pretty soon. Good news is... those are all mostly complete, just untested (there is so much text in Slaverun I mostly just used find/replace rules for the females, and I'm still messing around with the enforcer script).

 

I'm also messing with the latest github edition of Devious Framework, which is just me testing and stuff (I've just put a file up over on that thread for people to muck around with).

 

But I do want to do one more release for Immerslave. Right now it's:

  • Put the gray faces fix in the main release.
  • Fix the yoke thing
  • Add more restraints?
  • ???

Let me know if you have any suggestions or know of any problems.

Only inconvenience sofar was that houses lack most furniture when going with the "a friend took advantage, but I'm in a relatively safe place" option. Unless that's part of the scenario and the friend also stole all furniture, it would be nice if it would start like ASLAL does when choosing "I own property in one of the holds".

 

Other than that, it's a pretty fun little mod!

Damn, ASLAL might have changed something (I hook into it for those starts, or maybe just emulate what it used to do for them). I'll take a look. Thanks for the report!

Nevermind about my bug report actually; I tested further and found that the yoke animation still fails after awhile. My new hot theory is that it's a conflict between DDi and PCEA2, possibly. I'm going to keep experimenting anyways. I really want to make my custom "escaped ponygirl" start. ?

Bit of a problem: So I started with bandit enslavement, eventually got sold off to the Simple Slavery auction, went through the pirate's prize result, got free, and did a bunch of random stuff since...but now I've noticed that bandits are still friendly a few in-game weeks later. I just walk right past them and they don't care. I take this as meaning that their faction wasn't removed from my player upon completion of the Immerslave quest. Any hints on how to fix this?

I've been checking and I have all the furniture and stuff even for modded houses. Not sure what is going on there. Might be a load order problem or another mod or something?

The live another life quest is supposed to take you out of its bandit/vampire faction (and put you back in) based on certain trigger areas (Snowpoint Beacon, Mara's Eye Pond, Four Skull Lookout). It's possible you didn't trigger one of those areas because it warped you to the Simple Slavery auction instead of you escaping through the trigger area.

 

Find the mod index for your load order (Like MO shows mine is 1D ) and then substitute that in for the x's here: XX0189E8 (so mine is 1D0189E8)

 

Then use that, type:

 

removefac XX0189E8

 

Again the X's will be the mod index for your load order.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem i'm having, So the first time I get everything set up with Immerslave the game and my character will load fine. However if I go to make a new character I get sucked into an infinite loading screen. Immerslave is at the bottom of my load order with LAL right above it, the infinite loading also happens on my first character as soon as I try to leave a building I have entered, have I installed something wrong? I have all of the required mods installed and up to date I believe so I'm unsure of what I've done wrong.

Ive no idea... thats never happened to me before. It might not be immerslave related, did you try running FNIS again just in case? Animation errors are so random and seem to cause the biggest problems.

Same issue on my end. Somehow found it a while back for my old install/pc, but forgot to take the mods with, and can't find it in the depths of the web anymore. Just the DLC-requirering versions

When I begin the quest and SD+ kicks in, it adds its own DD devices and overrides my choices from Immerslave.  Any way to prevent this?

I suppose it would have been too much to hope that escaped slave start would lead to your former master/mistress attempting to recapture you. All that i can see happening is you can get a bounty in the holds, correct me if i'm wrong.

 

Anyway just in case OP's still here i have a few suggestions in this category. How about if you pick escaped slave start bounty hunters get sent after you to recapture you. Kinda like with the Mogrul quest from Dragonborn DLC, you just get bounty hunters spawn occasionally and attacking you. If they can knock you down to 0 health you get returned to your master/mistress.

 

Further suggestion, if you are enslaved by one of the other slavery mods that hook into Simple Slavery, perhaps you could select why you were trying to escape in the first place. With simple "i just couldn't stand being a slave anymore" as a default option. However depending on the mod different options could skip to different portions of the mod. Like, in mods that feature player death perhaps the player ran away ahead of that event, resulting in getting recaptured leading directly to that event (for example in "Things in the dark mod" there's an outcome where you get fed to the chaurus, pretty strong incentive to try to escape). Same would go for other similar events like  punishment or other mod dependent unpleasant situations.
