Dreamweaver Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 Is this the mod that adds the "get over here woman" scene with random male npcs? I'm trying to disable it but can't figure out where it comes from. Many Thanks! Yes, that's from here. It's the Misogyny feature.

Mud Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Got a couple of bugs with the Rubber Collar item, it doesn't seem to equip onto NPCs properly after finding them as loot. When giving it to an NPC, I get the equip prompt instead of the notification about putting it on them. If I choose to put it on, it equips on them as normal but follows up with an empty pop-up box that would normally have the player's equip message in it. This also makes it impossible to put a Rubber Collar on an NPC if you're wearing one yourself, as you get the unlock prompt instead of the proper notification. Unlike with the first case, none of the options you can select here will make them put it on, they'll just hold onto it after placing it in their inventory. This also happens if the player is wearing a Slave Rubber Collar and tries to put a regular Rubber Collar on an NPC, or vice versa, despite being different items. Also, just a thing of preference, but the device comments rape dialogue referring to you being in no position to say no is rather odd when your character is wearing restraints that don't actually hinder them any. Could I suggest rewording it? Maybe something along the lines of "Seeing as you're already dressed for it, I think I'll have some fun with you"?
barak43 Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 I have spent a good deal of time over the last 5 days trying to get DCL and the other required mods to work with the Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/65013/?)and have finally given up. Please don't take this as a complaint about DCL, it's meant as more of a heads up warning. Since Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul has a number of attractive features (including eliminating the need for When Vampires Attack and Run for Your Lives) and has now been recommended by STEP (Skyrim Total Enhancement Project http://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.2.9.2)it's likely that more people will be installing it. One problem is that Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul conflicts with any mod that makes changes to Whiterun, Dawnstar, and a couple of other towns. Another problem is that the author claims that LOOT won't sort it correctly, which makes it very problematic to get it working. I had all kinds of crashes, mostly when trying to save, sometimes when trying to load, sometimes in the middle of doing nothing other than standing in the Whiterun marketplace, until I gave up and uninstalled Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul. If anyone else has gotten it to work I'd sure like to know how. Immersive Citizens has a huge system strain and its addition to STEP was not unanimous because of that. It requires lots of memory and CPU power for the additional NPC AI. Now, the whole sexlab collection you need for cursed loot also has its own requirements. STEP does not take into account that you use these mods and while IC runs well in a step setup on a modern PC, it might not do so with all the sexlab mods added to it. That means you need to make sacrifices. And immersive citizens would be the first on my list to go, because once you have seen all the new scenes, it gets pretty old. And for NPC protection get "NPC protected redux", its script free and needs no ressources. yep i agree ^^, do you have the link to the NPC protected redux mod ? if not i will look for it later when i have the time.

I have a really good computer and I had it running nicely for a little while, BUT.... Immersive Citizens, has AI modifications also for Follower's since I use "Specialized Followers" which changes up the behaviors I found that IC tended to bugger up how I expected my Followers to behave, doesn't help that "Amazing Follower Tweaks" can turn that IC AI follower details off cause then it also doesn't restore how "Specailized Follwers" works, cause it'll be AFT that controls behavior. Yes I thought about all of that on why I wont use "Immersive Citizens" -Though it does seem like a nice mod for generic NPC's -Puts guards in the Taverns though which can make 'solicitation' a real chore. I use -No Vampire Attacks and I think 'No Dragon Attacks"

Kimy Posted December 22, 2015 Author Posted December 22, 2015 That a mod made it on the STEP list doesn't automatically mean that I will go out of my way to make Cursed Loot compatible with it. The mods I try to make as compatible as possible with DCL are listed in the ReadMe file. If Immersive Citizens causes issues with DCL, I will add a hint to the Known Conflicts section.

I wasn't requesting that you try to make it compatible, from what I've seen of Immersive Citizens it would be way too much work for you, especially since the author of that mod has plans to expand it to the other towns he hasn't done yet. Adding it to your conflicts section is the right way to go.

You would find out that noone can really make compatibility patches for this mod, because the author does not tell people how exactly he achieves what he does. He is less than forthcoming when it comes to patches. Add to that that he makes statements that seem self-contradicting and you end up with alot of frustrated and confused mod authors complaining on reddit about this mod awesome ! thanks a lot, downloading the mod ^^
PietPaulusma Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Hello, i have troubles with the leon quest, after i bought the dress from belethor and talk to the servant, he tries teleporting us, but the screen freezes and the game crashes. I know someone else had this problem earlier this thread, howerver it was never solved. Does anyone else have this problem/ know how to fix it (or bypass it). Ive tried to bypass it with the console and setstage (nothing happened even after 80). thanks in advance p.s. where can i start the bondage queen questline?

Slagblah Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 p.s. where can i start the bondage queen questline? The book that starts the quest spawns randomly in dungeon boss chests once you've reached the minimum level.
Knightraven8 Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Is there any way to make it so that the devices you get when you are defeated are much more randomized? Every time I get put into devices, it is always the same set, just with different colors. There are so many great devices in DCL, it would be cool to see more of them show up after the bandits get done with you. Maybe even have an option to allow quest items so that combat surrender could put you in a full slave set or full aradia set or something like that.
PietPaulusma Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 p.s. where can i start the bondage queen questline? The book that starts the quest spawns randomly in dungeon boss chests once you've reached the minimum level. alright, thats one less mystery to worry about. Thanks
river32 Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 How to I get rid at obsidian piercings, no tools available, console commands not working, come on...
Sospice Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Hello, i have troubles with the leon quest, after i bought the dress from belethor and talk to the servant, he tries teleporting us, but the screen freezes and the game crashes. I know someone else had this problem earlier this thread, howerver it was never solved. Does anyone else have this problem/ know how to fix it (or bypass it). Ive tried to bypass it with the console and setstage (nothing happened even after 80). I've got the same issue. I'm running on a gaming computer and I just stripped off a lot of excess mods so it's not a computer ability issue. I also noticed once I start the leon questline I got a few ctds between taking it and buying the dress. This is on a new game, level one character, I went straight to Whiterun to test the new leon quest. Update: On a whim went into Belathor's shop and then used the "player.placeatme " command to move Cladius to my character in the shop. It worked like a charm, we finished the dialogue and we teleported smoothly to the party location. I noticed those sorts of teleports can be pretty system heavy when done from exterior cells, so I figured it might work.
Sospice Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 I'm stuck at the stage where I have to talk to Cladius and he transports me back to leon. When I checked to do a "set stage" command, it tells me the present quest I'm doing is for;"target 1: reference (5102fd3d) load door: UREACHABLE" I tried doing a set stage for the next stage (it shows as 240) but nothing happens. Is there any way to fix this or advance the quest? update (again) Seems to be my night for hunches. I COC'd to whiterun and sure enough, the quest marker for Cladius came up and there he was, standing about in the Whiterun marketplace. Maybe when I moved him into Belethor's, it confused the mod and created a clone of him. Even though he has a quest arrow, he has no quest dialogue options. The "setstage 240" command didn't seem to do anything. But I went into the tavern, spoke to Leon, and that completed the quest. I have no idea if any of this is helpful to anyone, but here it is. Um, where exactly is Leon's house? I just realized I've no idea since we weren't transported there.
Slagblah Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 Um, where exactly is Leon's house? I just realized I've no idea since we weren't transported there. Outside Whiterun, across the bridge from the meadery.
unmog Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 I had a question about the Misogyny Outcomes. Is it an overall weight of things and it picks one? Or is each one a chance of happening? For instance can you get arrested, fines, raped, tied up and belted for a single offence? Or does it pick one? The reason I ask is I think it would be neat if I could set tied up to 100% of the time, which would happen in addition to anything else that happens, like if Im let go but also tied up for it, or fined and tied up, etc. For another suggestion, I disabled the pay a fine since it mentions it takes a flat 10% of your gold and I didnt like that. I think it would be better if the fine was configurable, like it could tie into the bounty on report for failed solicitation, or maybe an option tick box to tie the fine to the same price that it would cost you to get out of high security restraints for your level.
Slagblah Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 How to I get rid at obsidian piercings, no tools available, console commands not working, come on... Leon's Master Key will remove them. You could try pickpocketing. Or if you don't care about an in-game solution... WARNING: Don't use this method for quest items. 1. Open the console. 2. Target yourself. 3. Point mouse at "Equipped Items" on left (or whatever it says) 4. Press Shift 5. Find the item that indicates it is the piercing you want to remove (point and shift). 6. Type: player.removeitem {id from #5} 1 6a. Note that you must use removeitem here and NOT unequipitem. 7. Close console. 8. Unequip item normally from inventory. (No "unlock" dialog should appear.) Of course, there's also the MCM safe word...
barak43 Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 I've been having a problem. I updated some of my LL mods, including this one, to the latest version. But when I start a new character, it will say CL has been disabled because of some messed up child flags. I checked on TES5Edit and no mods are altering the child races and i've never manually altered them before. When I went onto an old character, CL would update just fine and would work properly? have you downloaded the Deviously Cursed Loot 5.1 FIX.7z ? if not do it, it might resolve your problem
caocaothedeciever Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 I apologize for asking an extremely nooby question; I'm doing the Leon questline. I've got the gear on, and I'm trying to get into the Party, but nothing is happening. Is there something I missed? I've already talked to the guard, and the quest says "go to the party;" but no such luck so far.

Yeah, the guard told you, where the party takes place, go to the end of the basement (through the door next to the guard)
