Nope, it's basically due to the GEMA, i don't know what the short stands for but those guys are fucking douches. Basically they make money with completely ridiculous censorship/anti-infringementwhatever of media content.

no there is in Germany a organization (GEMA), which checks for all videos on copyrighted music. if that has to find something that does not permit the authors to public use, this video will be blocked immediately.
