...0... Posted July 8, 2014 Author Posted July 8, 2014 This give Germany huge believe too win there fourth World title, i don't see who can stop them not Argentina or Holland.
D_ManXX2 Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 oh my god this smells like match fixing again.. There is no way any normal team will play this badly on world cup unless they where paid to lose.. I guess i can say Germany will win this world Cup. I wonder what is gonna happen to that Brazilian Female President now..
OverClocked56 Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Where I live there is a brazilian woman and she said she had no hopes on beating Germany. They knew that that team was Neymar and a few more and without Neymar they would't go anywhere. Maybe destiny put apart Neymar so people didn't blame him.
Emberheart Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 This give Germany huge believe too win there fourth World title, i don't see who can stop them not Argentina or Holland. Let's just hope the brazilians won't be sore losers by starting to break german femurs and vertebrae on intent with unnecessary tackles or measures in the second half, or that may change. I'm not sure how Argentina would play against them. I think Holland will be interesting, keeping the ball away a lot and snatching it before it gets too close. Perhaps a lot of trickery to get Robben to run it into the goal out of nowhere and such. I guess Holland'll try for one goal from the start, trying to get it in by surprise in the first 5-10. Then go on a massive defense. Or to try even it up or keep it 0-0, then put all bets on the penalty shots after extension. I know too little of footie tactics, but it seems they may do that.
jxm Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 So weird, I mean yeah, I had hoped my germans would win but now ... they already report people leaving the stadium, crying at the watch parties, it makes one feel actually bad although I should be proud and happy. Well, I am ... but this first half looked almost like an adult man beating up a helpless child and stealing the candy ...
van_gelis Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 This first half was like a porn movie and porn movies have a lot of sequels .
Guest endgameaddiction Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Argentina don't stand a chance against Germany. Hollands only chance to win is Robben doing his floppin act show for penalties and free kicks near the goal. Edit: still I think Germany will maintain control of the ball against Holland.
OverClocked56 Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Yes, for people that lives football so passionately it's heartbreaking.
Kpnut Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Even with Thiago Silva and Neymar I always knew that Brazil wouldn't beat Germany, but Thiago Silva is some much needed leadership in the defense (I think it was Rio Ferdinand that described him as the glue that held the Brazilian defense together) but I don't think he would've changed much maybe they wouldn't be 5-0 down at half time. If it is a Holland vs Germany final Germany will come out with all guns blazing and they are better than Holland so their chances of beating them are pretty damn high.
Emberheart Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 While I don't like that people are sad or hurt, I'm quite harsh when I say they should get over it. New match, new chances.
Guest endgameaddiction Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 As a brazilian, i've never really given a flying fig about soccer or world cups, i don't watch the games, never cheered for a team. But i took a look at the topic out of curiosity. I'm more than a bit disappointed for what i saw, really. Senseless xenophoby didn't use to be a part of the Elder Scrolls comunity as i remember it, and i was led to have good expectations for this community in particular. The ignorance and prejudice seems almost palpable. It's a country like any other, give it a rest, really. We eat, we pee, we work, we sleep, and we have our moments of hapiness and camaradarie, our downfalls, we love, we loose, and we try to spend the time we were given the best way possible. And more than a few of us like role-playing games and ocasionally a spice of adult content on them, mind you. I really don't see why a population of 200 million people would earn your hate, but as far as i see, everyone is doing their best to make sure foreigners are well-treated and welcome, and most of the foreigners i talked with in this meantime are quite happy with the treatment they received here. As they say, the rotten apple spoils the bunch, and it goes both ways. I'm sure this community can offer more. You are mistaken. This isn't an Elders Scroll community. It's an adult mod community. Secondly, you stumbled into the wrong topic if you care not for Futbol. Thirdly, there is no racism or prejudice going on. Your nation team is playing like crap, period. I would say the same for any other team that played horrible.
Kpnut Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Why the hell did they bring on Mertesacker? I'm an Arsenal fan and I think he's a bit crap.
jxm Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Seeing Fred before the german team at least is humourous and might be entertaining ... really, he wants a penalty for that fall? Come on ... *shakeshead*
Emberheart Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Why the hell did they bring on Mertesacker? I'm an Arsenal fan and I think he's a bit crap. To raise his value?

Mertesacker doesn't do jack shit he just stands there. The only reason to bring him on is to either taunt Brazil or give them half a chance out of sympathy.

I don't see anyone here hating Brazil or xenophobic, here are people from many countries and there are not problems.
Insidiator Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Damn! I missed the first 30 minutes thinking "Well, what can REALLY happen in the first thirty minutes? Nothing. Right? RIGHT?" Well, seems I missed 5 goals. I was not expecting such a curbstomp.
Guest endgameaddiction Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 I'm in the U.S. and I had my sharing about how bad our team has played. It is what it is.

We have nothing agains people of Brasil where talking football here and Brasil plays crap. Why you think where xeno is beyond me. You sir, misunderstood this topic.
jxm Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 We have nothing agains people of Brasil where talking football here and Brasil plays crap. Why you think where xeno is beyond me. You sir, misunderstood this topic. You can see that across some comment-sections on other sites as well at the moment. Maybe for the first time Brazil has quite some negative feelings against it. Which is unusual for them. Nobody is against the country Brazil, but against the way they played their matches, often clearly too rough and without consequences fortheir players. German word for this what happens vs. Brazil right now: Schadenfreude ... but it has nothing to do with racism, not even close ...
...0... Posted July 8, 2014 Author Posted July 8, 2014 When your country spent billions of dollars on a event like this and your whole nation enjoy football as religion then even when your two star players can't play you fight and try to win. This team gave up the first min they step on the grass then its logic some anger pop up towards this team. In emotion people sometimes say things that they not always mean. This game will be remembered for decades to come as humiliation for Brasil got from Germany thats the reality here. Also game Klose broke Ronaldo's record hehe.
Emberheart Posted July 8, 2014 Posted July 8, 2014 Though admittedly they are being been a bit of a 'goal'-stapo today. They enjoyed the first 30 minutes so much it drove them to play very sharp. Now a bit less, it's promising for Holland or Argentina, but not much.
