That's just to the west of Volunruud. The map markers for Skyborn Alter and Shrine of Mehrunes Dagon give it away too. Rotate a bit to the right and you could include the Lord's Stone map marker as well.

 

I know that particular area really well.

I've been there (holdout, I think ), but this little place isn't right near the location. It's actually like halfway between Forebear's Holdout and Fort Snowhawk, almost due south of Meeko's Shack.
