She wasn't anywhere in the inn and it was too late for her to be out the out. A quick player.moveto and I arrive here: That's Malborn (who?) at the back and Roggvir dead on the floor. The doors don't go anywhere. It's just a cross-shaped cell. I looked up Malborn and I haven't been anywhere near the Thalmor Embassy let alone touched the quest so what he's doing in my game. I have been to Solitude and the execution has taken place so Roggvir should be sans head. The local map doesn't have any title and the world map shows us in Whiterun. So could anyone tell me where this is? My next trick will be to see if I can pull Hulda out of there with a placeatme from the Mare.

You need to have them targetted in console and use moveto player. placeatme will create a duplicate as I am pretty sure it only works with BaseID. But you probably already knew that.

I believe I was in the 50s when I took that picture.

I've forgotten this one's name but I know whereabouts it is on the map. I wouldn't bother with the compass bar, most of those icons could be from mods.
