Yep.  Tunnels under the Dragonsreach Dungeon.   Walls looked damp when I first looked which is why I though the Ratway.

Well that tunnel one looks like the SLAM widget saying Sabjorn and "Whiterun Guard" so that woulda told me you were in/under the jail.

 

The bridge in the icy cave looks like ... the tower/throne/whatever place on the far south edge of Falkreath, way up the mountains where Dengeirs vampire uncle lives.. or unlives... or whatever.

I agree, Bloodlet Throne.  Only other real possibility that came to mind was Haemar's SHame and it doesn't have any rooms that fit that pattern in the picture.

 

THen again I think some of the caves in the NW quadrant look like that too...  Nah Reikling fences have a different design.

Housing construction and interior layout.  For all of the faults of the Skyrim Dev team, they made every house unique, even if only by the placement of one or two items.

 

Falion standing there and his apprentice with the kettle on her head didn't hurt either.  :)
