Wow, such hate from christians and I did not know Skyrim was made by Blizzard, I guess Bethesda is pronounced Blizzard. Maybe i should quit playing now, I feel sooo dirty.

That is so ignorant and so sad. who wrote this garbage? obviously someone that hasn't got a clue how to spell. It actually read like some butt hurt fool that couldn't win the game in 30 minutes. Fornication? Really? where? in Vanilla Skyrim? Blizzard? Or was it misleading on purpose to make a point but not give away the fact they use all these sex mods? or just someones stupid idea of a joke that turned ignorantly religious.

YES, this is satire, for gosh sakes people.  :D  Maybe it's just that I have too much faith in human nature, but I don't think there's any conceivable way that this is honest. I've seen quite a bit of anti-gaming propaganda in my time, and there's no doubt in my mind that this particular piece of work was purposefully written to be funny. Which it certainly succeeds at. :lol:

For two years straight I thought LoversLab was related to Second Life. The Lab part as part of Linden Labs, the SL abbreviation for SexLab as Second Life. :lol: Then I saw the spouse mod and thought "oh, they also got a Skyrim section". Then I realized it was mostly all Skyrim and there was nothing related to Second Life at all. Since then I love it here. Now I'm going to bed, to feel embarrassed tomorrow morning when that little bell in the top bar says [+10]. :shy:

Heh, it's just like the fundie-fueled hysteria over D&D decades ago. Which made the fundies laughable, and D&D went on to become a byname for tabletop RPGs and produced names in the PC games industry.

My parents were apart of that, they thought I was playing the devils game, I showed my dad the rules and explained it to him, he was ok, my mom on he other hand, was different story, she still believes i am going somewhere, she believes exists, too this day, but D&D made me love Oblivion, Skyrim, fallout 3 and NV, Never winter, and GRAND THEFT AUTO. So go on with your hate. The Bthesdas and Blizzards love that. IT SELLS THEIR THE GAMES.

Just to be clear, I have a very good respect for D&D (after reading a GQ article years ago about those brothers who built Blizzard with the knowledge they gained from cutting their teeth on Commodores and Apple IIs, along with their time with D&D and writer Karl Taro Greenfeld), so my lulz and middle finger are on the fundies (who are, unfortunately, making their presence on Africa) and certain intolerant dogmatic types of organized religion.

 

If it weren't for D&D, we wouldn't be having the games we play today.

Ok so if got this right -i can't understand english or any other language without google trans (sorry translator) - playing skyrim would make me gay right.
I have played like 500 hours and still feel straight, so something is wrong with me ? do i need a doctor? is that permanent ? wich game this people there would recomend
for turning gay and then straight back again?
Do anybody have a choice not to play skyrim ?

It's an ancient article written by someone poking fun at ultra-conservative Christians.  The fact that so many in this thread fell for it is a little concerning though.

I played a lot. The town I grew up also had a state university there so my friends and I would go to their D&D club's gaming meetings every week, even though we were only 12 when we started going there. We even had a store in town called The Brass Ring where they sold D&D paraphenelia.

 

I heard all the Satan worshipping insanity stuff back then, too. It was ridiculous.

 

I also played Gangbusters, Gamma World and Space Frontiers back then. They were similar to D&D in gameplay. A friend of mine and I even made a turn based RPG based around the battle of Gettysburg.
