Cymri Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 So Ima dumb, sry, but don't see any1 talking abt it or in the description, but I even did the refresh and Ap does not use any character names or adjectives. O.O "{} I hope you want kids!" or " (blank space) does someth and you do someth with your (blank space) someth." SOOooo cool the new descriptions tho!!! Also not seeing Slavetats.
Min Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 DDBeltedSolo isn't in the list And before you ask: I registrered all animations from dd. You can only start the normal masturbation animations. If I do so, it will switch to the DDBeltedSolo animation just as it has before. It should be, appears there for me. Try heading into SexLab's rebuild menu, and selecting 'rebuild animation registry'. Then quit out of the menus, wait for Skyrim to notify that it's finished, then head back in and check to see if it's there. Try using DD's register animation button both before and after rebuilding the animation registry if it still doesn't work. Tried it, it doesn't work. I can get the bound animations from zaz animation pack back into the list after rebuilding the animation registry, but the DDBeltedSolo doesn't show up after using dd's register animation button. I can even get the estrus chaurus animations back in... really strange. I imagine this is where the problem lies then, possibly an issue with the DD install? For me, DDBeltedSolo appears as the very last animation listed, right at the bottom. DDBeltedSolo / DDArmbinderSolo should not show up in the animation list. This was changed in a recent version (2.8.1? 2.8.2?). These animations will only show up when DD causes them to, rather than as a randomly selected masturbation animation.
TheTeaWizard Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 Does anyone know how to get the minimum level of abuse to get one of the "tattoos" to be applied to your character? I have everything installed correctly, I'm just not sure how to get it working.
gooser Posted November 1, 2014 Author Posted November 1, 2014 All the levels are specified in the OP.
TheTeaWizard Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 All the levels are specified in the OP. Yes, but I don't know how to get to those levels....
gooser Posted November 2, 2014 Author Posted November 2, 2014 All the levels are specified in the OP. Yes, but I don't know how to get to those levels.... The levels are shown in MCM where the W&T tracked actors are shown. There are three areas tracked : general abuse, creature and daedric. Once you reach around 4-5 in those areas, the textures get start showing up. What else do you need to know?

I've played for 2 hours or so with this mod installed and my character has been raped many times and been in fights many times, but no textures have shown up....

Post your MCM screenshots - just the one page that shows W&T tracked actors (player and NPCs)
atrix Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 I'm having the same issue as the TheTeaWizard. Wear and Tear is enabled, the textures and slavetats are installed (slavetats works), and my player is not showing as tracked in Wear and Tear Actors. I tried turning it off and on to no avail.

Hmm, I'm still on 2.7.5, didn't realise it had updated. If DDBeltedSolo is no longer classed as a 'stock' SexLab animation, then Apropos may have problems with it. Assuming your install is then working correctly, that would mean that DD triggers a normal masturbation scene and replaces the animation with DDBeltedSolo? That sounds pretty weird. Nothing I can add input on, unfortunately, all I can offer for technical stuff is speculation. I'm not sure if Gooser uses DD, but it'd be down to him (or a tech-savvy user who wants to be really helpful) to take a look.
gooser Posted November 2, 2014 Author Posted November 2, 2014 Just updated the text in the OP to say Slavetats 1.05 is required if you want that feature. Version 1.04 is old now and doesn't work properly.
Jayleia Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 Can Apropos be safely uninstalled if its not fully loading? I seem to be having that problem, so I can't begin the uninstall from the MCM. Or do I have a borked savegame?
obfuscanator Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 An update on the player werewolf rape thing: I've managed to get SL Werewolves working properly, but I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out how to title the descriptions. As of this moment, when I rape an npc as a werewolf, no descriptions show. I'm currently operating under the assumption that I just don't know what the player is called when Apropos looks for descriptions. I've tried varying combinations of the words Male, Werewolf, Actor, and Creature in place of MaleActor on the folder and description names, i.e. WerewolfActor_Female, MaleWerewolfActor_Female, MaleCreatureActor_Female, etc. I don't seem to be having any luck. I'll keep trying, though. Is there some way to see what Apropos is looking up? I've looked at the logs, and I've seen the following: Actors >> 1 werewolf [0]: <npc_name>, female (Victim) [1]: <pc_name>, Creature But this doesn't tell me much I didn't already know. Here's a full log from my last test.
Guest Posted November 2, 2014 Posted November 2, 2014 I would assume Werewolf/Vampire players are simply unsupported at this time, as with FF, Foreplay & Group.

BlacKaos Posted November 3, 2014 Posted November 3, 2014 Do you have any plans for making different dialogues for different personalities? There was a mod in Oblivion which although was nearly nowhere was complex as this one which displayed different dialogue when having sex, depending on what kind of personality you picked for your character in the mod's menu. The idea of "themes" has come up before in this thread (or actually I think the other Apropos thread - the one for feature discussion). See the post by Mazarin on this idea: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/28360-apropos-feature-request-and-descriptions-submission/page-18?do=findComment&comment=935342 I think Grimbold has asked about this in the past in his idea of "narrative" vs "dialog" concept. I think the best idea going forward is to continue develop the idea of different databases, and to swap in the one you prefer. Currently there is only one database. And it has quite frankly been "themed" by Decauk because no one else is working on a cohesive content creation and editing for other themes. But the technology is there (i.e. the database is externalized from the mod), so anyone can pick this up and spin up some alternatives. So in regards to this idea, I went ahead and simply tweaked the lines from the database. I themed it around against being raped or "pure and innocent" as a theme. If it ever gets completed should I upload it for people? Its really just minor tweaks to the rape databases. But man kudos to Decauk. It takes ages just to tweak a few lines to make sure they follow my intended theme. Cant imagine the hours placed by Decauk here. Seriously kudos. Anyway I have a problem. Its been mentioned before but I thought I'd still chip in. The slave tats isnt working for me like it should. Strangely I get the tears and sobs but anything for the body doesnt kick in. Theres a lot of slots taken deemed by slave tats as external. Should that be happening?

Apropos is designed around a premise predominant in Loverslab/Skyrim: female point of view.

Thanks for your help, dude. Actually, I lied. I had to waste a lot more time. I'm a programmer, I had to peak under the hood, sorry. Don't read past this unless you want to hear the opinion of some random, stubborn jerk who spent 15 minutes looking at your code. I went digging in the scripts to look at the source code, and I think I found my answer. For Male PC scenes, one of the checks is against creature sex. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like if the PC is transformed, then that flags the whole animation as creature, and keeps Apropos from displaying any descriptions. Here's the code I'm talking about, located in AproposDescriptions.psc: ; Primary Straight Male PC and Female ElseIf !isLesbianSex && !isCreatureSex && isPrimaryMale && !isGaySex Actor femaleActor = actorList[0] ; in a two-way MF, Female is always position 0 according to Ashal Bool isFemaleVictim = controller.IsVictim(femaleActor) And I also poked around other files and came to this conclusion (erroneous and misinformed as it may be): To get player werewolf sex descriptions to be triggered seperate from regular male player descriptions, you would need to write a whole series of seperate methods. Fuck. That. However, without that check "!isCreatureSex", the normal male descriptions would play out. And one could add the werewolf/vamplord animations to the unique list and write custom dialogue for that. I mean no offense, I was just trying to satisfy my own curiousity. I love this mod, and I've been wanting to know what makes it tick. Seriously, though, Gooser. You and Decauk are putting in serious work. It is much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure, but I could be wrong, that a transformed PC/NPC is not considered as a creature by SL that way. That is, a Nord transformed into a werewolf is still a Nord race, and will not flag as a creature in SL. But I could be dead wrong on this.
BlacKaos Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 Using version 1.05? derp, i assumed i was on the latest. I'll take a look and see how it goes now Still seeing a lot of external mods on slave tats, just went a quick look. Didnt extensively test this
