You're playing as male character, you know that?

in FAQ I listed quests for male and female characters seperately - mutant quests are only active for female characters. Raiders too.

It was Loogie's idea so I'm afraid I can't answer you these :P

was suspecting it, same style as tryout.

Then replace the files in the Overhaul download with the files for the armor you do like, problem solved.

 

If you talk to Reddin/Sarah/Tristan/Peace Squad girls/random Brotherhood girls, you'll see a mixture of volunteers and reluctant ones.

 

Also, not sure what you mean as "same style as Tryouts."

So I'm not sure if this can be replicated by anyone else with this mod or if my TTW install is just bugged. (I'm leaning on the second, personally. But I also thought this was kind of funny.) I'm only bringing it up here because this is the single biggest TTW mod I have and I wasn't sure if the recent update did anything else to the citadel beyond the ending quest. 

 

This is the citadel just as you enter it for the very first time with Madison Li after escaping the enclave. I was still running this mod as a female character so I had just finished everything related to the Cruck intro in the tunnels. As you can see, there is nothing but a tiny island of landscape, the skybox and all the citadel courtyard npcs bunched together into the same space. The dialog between Elder Lyons and Madison started after I took the pic, but my character wasn't rooted like normal and neither character did their scripted animations to go with the scene. Madison just walked to the center of the island while Lyons stayed where he was. The subtitle in the pic is all the chatter from the brotherhood npcs, all going at once. It sounded insane. 

 

I'm going to redo my TTW install right now to see if I can reload this save and go back to normal.

 

EDIT: Twas my bad indeed. I knew there was a new TTW version but I hadn't updated because I'm lazy. But it's all fixed now.

Hey Tomm! I restarted the game to redo the Sydney encounter (it works as intended now  :D ) But upon finishing the Moira quest and settling down, she disappears after the act is done. We finish, ragdoll to the floor, and mid-way she gets up, she disappears *poof!* Gone. She doesn't appear on the radar, waiting for 24 hours doesn't bring her back and noclipping through the shack to see if she fell through the floor brings me back to the store. Any ideas what could've caused it?

That's unfortunately a general bug with sexout/the game itself and not this mod. The same thing happens to everyone now and then (happens to Veronica most of the time when I play) and the only fixes are console commands or loading a previous save.

Yeah it's sadly random and always seems to strike the worst npc and often when your last save was... quite a while ago. I've had it never happen once during a playthrough, then it happen seemingly every other time in another.

I anyone else getting the problem of Reilly not showing up in Underworld after passing the speech check in "Reilly's Rutters"? I've had it work before, but in this current playthrough, no matter how long I wait or change cells, she doesn't show up. Could it be the new version of ttw? Brick seems to show up in the world just fine, it's just Reilly.

 

Likewise, after getting dad from vault 112 and having the scientists meet up outside the Jefferson memorial, the supermutants there immediately attack them. Again, never happened before, happening now after I upgraded. 

 

Anyone else able to duplicate these or am I once again missing something obvious?

Are you checking all the cells in Underworld?

You could also try a player.moveto command to get to Reilly and see where she is.

Reilly not spawning was, as usual, my fault. I did a complete re-install of my game, started over from the beginning, and boom, all worked fine. Whatever went wrong, it was just some ineffable conflict that was inexplicably fixed. 

 

However, the super mutants are still hostile to the scientists when they gather outside the Jefferson memorial. Similarly, if I elect for the mutants to stay in the building after freeing Freddy, as soon as the scientists go inside, they are attacked. 

 

The mutants are not hostile to any other player-friendly npcs either added or moved by this mod, for example Sarah and Reddin during "Making Friends" and post-hotel Brick. There were absolutely no hostility problems with any of the quests or scenes added by this mod. 

 

Right now I'm going forward through the game by killing the two mutants outside the memorial who patrol closest to the door, then making them leave the building after Freddy. I'm going to see if, after completing the DLC and opening the final quests, the mutants are hostile to the brotherhood girls. I'll make another post when I get there.

 

Attached is a debug log from the moment the scientists arrive at the memorial and the mutants attack them. I reduced my mod load to as bare minimum as I could, and could shave a couple others off if you think they could be causing the problem.

They won't be.

billbob1, are you sure you talked to father inside Dr.Li's laboratory that mutants won't attack him? I make mutants friendly with sciencist after that dialogue.

 

Also do you have special dialogue with father (when he and sciencist arrive at the memorial entrance) that you'll find a peaceful way to get rid of mutants?

Disappearing NPCs - I think it is just one of those bugs in FO3/FNV that occurs randomly as the game engine just plain misfires on occasions. Using player moveto in console usually fixes the problem.

Don't kill Secret and use whatever you can find in your cell.

Hmm, still nothing. The only option I get for the oven is to leave it alone, emptied the fridge, talked to monday, emptied davison's fridge, checked vending machine, tried modding all skills to 100, watched the vhs tapes, haven't unlocked any dialogue options with any of the characters.

Activate oven when you have radroach meat from the fridge in your inventory

I could use some tips on the Willow optional content.

A mutant responds the first time to "Anything interesting", and he has his way with Willow.

I get the Willow response "I can barely stand after that",

but I am never able to get the response ""I'm so dirty", which leads into Response1a and Response1b.

aaquest.WillowIsHere gets set to 9, I can't even find any code that looks for a value of 9... 

From my current stuck state, I have played with WillowIsHere values from 0 to 20. Only 0 gets any kind of comment from a mutant at all.

(Also, it is about time I learn how to use Spoiler and Show - so any help there would be appreciated as well)
