Be careful, you might feel some eye pain because I'm using a translator.
Does anyone know a solution? When assigning a voice to a female NPC, only sounds from Penetrated Grunt and Orgasm are played, according to AudioUtil.log.
The SLOVE_Test DumpAnim command displays in the console that the correct sound is assigned. The SLOVE_Test SampleCategory command also plays the sound correctly. The Sexlab MCM displays all added tags. The scene is a blowjob, but the sound still plays from Penetrated Grunt.

None of the anal comments are activating for me. Using the Karryn voicepack and can see there are plenty of audio files. Get the same vaginal comments even if it's an anal scene. Using PPA if that makes a difference.

So it turns out the anal comments are sort of working. They are just extremely rarely said and often I still get vaginal penetration comments during anal scenes. Is there a way to increase the frequency of anal comments? In the SLOVE.toml file they have lines like "chancetocommentonblowjobstage = 15" can a similar line be inserted to increase those types of comments?

Hello, I'm on SL 1.63 and a bit lost on the whole SLATE and tag database portion as I haven't used SLATE before. I downloaed the updated hentairim tags from a few pages back but don't know how to actually use it and apply them to the animations

The SLATE tag updating process can seem confusing at first, but makes sense once you've played with it a bit.  It DOES take lots of time depending on your setup though (pretty quick if just basic SL, quite a bit longer if using SLU+).

1 - Make sure all your animations are registered.  On a new game, this means after SLAL has registered, Zaz has been registered, and restarted game for secondary stuff like Estrus (if applicable).

2 - If you're NOT using an action list you've already compiled, or have changed/rebuilding one, make sure the second page shows 0 items in action log (compiled list of tags to be added/removed).  Clear the action log if it has stuff, or you aren't intending to build upon/reuse the log in place.  First time user, it should be empty, but it may ship with something, I don't recall.

3 - Second page of the MCM, need to build a new action log.  At the bottom of the page, there is a section to import actions.  Hentairim has several different files to import.

OsmelMC's has generic fixes/changes to Sexlab animations - Useful with or without Hentairim/SLOVE - though not without some minor errors itself

Hentairim tags - main bulk of tags for Hentairim/SLOVE - Tells the mods what is happening per stage/per actor

Hentairim billyy petite - if you don't have billyy's petite animation pack - not valid for your game (won't hurt to try to import, but shouldn't find anything) - lots of tags for animations that don't exist, as these were auto converted from default animations.

Hentairim supplimental - Addendum to OsmelMC's tags - not Hentairim specific, but I've found it to be mostly script generated and of marginal value - lots of trying to add tags that already exist, or may be wrong.  Some are correct and relevant though.

Updated Hentairim tags - If using my updated tags post, this includes tags for animations released since the original mods last update, or that were just not tagged.

ASL SFX - legacy generic tags from old IVDT Hentai (pre-hentairim).  Technically can be used, but I don't see them as relevant any longer.  Not tagged for many animations, and essentially overridden by PPA/SLOVE/Sexlab sounds style of effects anyway.  Personal choice, but I don't import them anymore.

4 - Build your action log by importing tags from these files.  Each file imports separately.  SLATE looks at your registered animations, checks against what you're trying to import, and if there is a valid change (animation present, not already tagged, not conflicting against something in the log already), it will add the changes to the pending action list.   Once each file has finished its import process, it will say how many actions were added from the total on the file.  Larger files take longer, and longer still when checking against a larger action log.  Repeat until all the files you want have been imported.

5 - Assuming you're building/changing your action log, you now need to restart/exit to main.  This isn't required if using the same action log you've made before - can just reapply once you've finished registering all your animations.

6 - Back into SLATE MCM, click on Apply recorded actions (or similar, I'm not looking at MCM right now).  This applies the built up action log to all the animations in your registry.  This takes quite a bit of time if you're using SLU+ (due to some of its scripting changes), but much quicker if using stock SL.  A sizeable action log with a fast computer can take upwards of 20+ minutes, vs 3-5, as a rough reference.  You CAN wait for the process to complete - will pop up a box saying its done.  However, this process WILL continue in the background if you exit the MCM (can even start playing, or setting up other MCMs if on a new game).  If you let it continue in the background, you will not get a "complete" reference.  You can go back into the MCM, and it will show you a % imported if still in process.

7 - You can confirm that tags have been applied by going into SL - Toggle animations - and look at some of the animations you have registered.  You will see the tags associated with each animation there, including all the coded 1ASVP or 3BSDV style tags.  There may still be some missing (some animations just don't have relevant tags), or just don't have tags.. but those should be a minority.

8 - Process will need to be repeated on new games, or if you rebuild your animation registry.  If you've registered new animations (ie, updated pack), that won't break the tags you've added, but the new animations won't have Hentairim tags.  Depending on what you've updated, tags may be in the files, and you need to reimport.  They may just be completely untagged animations also.

Hope that helps.  If you're a serial new game starter like me, this becomes like breathing very quickly.

Can I use this mod to replicate SexistGuards rape comments for people and creatures?  For example, Sexist guards has specific comments when being raped by creatures such as Dragur or Spirders or specific NPCs like Aela or Cicero.  I'm looking at the Lily voice pack folder and 70 triggers is a lot for me to take in right now.

One minor note. I tried this in VR and the sound seems to come from all around me as opposed to the direction of the scene.  In VR, your avatar is pulled out of you so you can watch it and the sounds come from the direction of that body and not the free cam.  But in my limited testing with this mod, the sound seems to be centered on the free cam.

These sounds felt like they came from right next to my ear instead of the NPCs. The default audio attenuation rate doesn't seem quite right either..

Sounds from PPA work fine.

Using SLOVE also causes the FHU 2.11 sounds to exhibit the exact same issue.

Are you using PPAs directional audio?

it seems jaw flapping during blowjobs returned in latest version (0.6.10)

Ah, I see you went on vacation until September, wish you nice time, no need to check/fix it now.

Use PPA to control expressions during blowjobs.  It keeps the mouth open.

Audience comments?  If you want to add them to the male partner, drop the appropriately numbered wav into the trigger folders you want them in.  You could also insert them in, like a narrator, into the creature voices (see my earlier post on how to modify, create creature voices).  They will play along with the creature breathing.

If the creatures (and humans) had more folders, you could potentially create a voiced narrator effect similar to Apropos2 using those trigger folders.

Even better, a voiced Apropos fueled narrator mod, powered by Audio Util running alongside Slo ve's PC/partner voices/breathing would be amazing.   If that's too many sounds/voices (I don't think it will be), you could blank out the voices at the start of the scene stage or orgasm to play the narration.

NOTE:  DBVO has a great voice pack maker for making wavs in bulk from a text file using an api (i.e. elevenlabs).

One thing that may help.  I don't use female expression animations (waifu, etc.).  They clash with SMP mouth and may interfere with scene expressions.

If you need more expression definition during standard gameplay, tune up conditional expressions strength/phenom values in the MCM.

Also, I'm using PPA for expressions (blowjob only) to keep the mouth open and the newest version of the MFEE mod.

One request: audio subtitles (you can add them via a numbered toml in the appropriate folder) don't show up with my free camera engaged, but apropos messaging does.  Can we have subtitles use the same messaging system Apropos does?   Long term vision;  a box for subtitle messages and one for narrator subtitles apropos style.

Not audience comments.  Sexist guards creates an invisible clone of the player at the location of a scene that then plays the comments using your name.  It does a lot of stuff like, "Get off me, you bastard!"  It also adds comments to the aggressor who can comment during a scene with stuff like, "You're going to walk funny for a week after this!"

For audience comments there's Spectator Crowds and Shadowman's Public Sex comments which work very well.

Hrm, I hadn't anticipated that Slo ve would be limited to a single voice type for your sex partner, which of course makes perfect sense. So replacing Sexist Guard's aggressor comments would be impossible.  But I could still do the player's voice.  Also, the idea of a narrator, like Apropos comments, sounds really interesting.  Is a narrator like effect currently possible?  Or would you need more folders?

I don't have any monies for 11labs but I can use VocieForgeStudio which is free and works really well.  It can even do moaning sounds, gasps, and small screams.
